O Cabo Zinco VB KINGO que comprei na loja EPOU ARARUAMA deu problema no plug que conecta ao celular em apenas 20 dias! Hoje faz 28 com o problema!
Não fui antes na loja pois estava com meu pai internado devido ao covid e por Eu, minha mãe, minha esposa e filha tbm estarmos infectados pelo COVID!
Hoje fui a loja e o atendente Rodolfo informou que não poderia trocar o cabo, pois é uma determinação da Loja.
Sinceramente, prefiro meu dinheiro de volta, apenas isso!
Peço ajuda nesse caso por gentileza!

Após finalizarmos o pagamento, decidi trocar a película do meu celular. A atendente foi pedir ajuda ao gerente, ele indicou a película. Essa película não é do formato exato do meu celular, e sendo instalado cobriria o flash frontal. ele tentou me convencer que agora é assim, eu o questionei pois iria cobrir funcionalidades da tela. A resposta dele e que ele não perderia tempo em me explicar. E deu as costas pra mim. Tantas lojas abertas, e querendo a chance de mostrar o que tem de melhor. Não precisamos nos submeter a esse tipo de atendimento! O gerente e quem faz a loja!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não prestou com a garantia que mencionou no ato da venda ... comprei um fone de ouvido no mesmo dia o fone descolou , fui na loja a vendedora muito simpática , falou que Iria levar o problema para a Gerência, porém á Gerência mandou informar., que com olhar técnico disse que o produto não estava com defeito e que não poderia trocar. . Falando que o fornecedor não iria aceitar.. Dizendo que isso foi mau uso. Acredito que ninguém vai comprar algo pra estragar no outrodia. Então , fiquei no prejuízo e idgnada pela faltade respeito com o cliente . Só não volto mais a esse lugar é não indico para ninguém... já comprei outras coisas lá e sempre deu problema .
