 The appointment is not scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, the doctor in charge arrived almost 1 hour late, very disorganized!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com meu primo para um exame marcado às 14h e o médico só chegou as 15:20 para começar atender os pacientes. Me senti lesado por mim e por ele pois tínhamos horário de trabalho e perdemos. A atendente estava aparentemente perdida para achar o e-mail de confirmação do pagamento que já estava pago, infelizmente muita demora. Fora isso, local limpo e organizado.
I went with my cousin for an exam scheduled at 2 pm and the doctor only arrived at 3:20 pm to start seeing patients. I felt injured by myself and by him because we had work hours and we lost. The attendant was apparently at a loss to find the payment confirmation email that was already paid, unfortunately it took a long time. Other than that, clean and tidy place.
