★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confiei minha máquina a eles, q resolveram o problema em parte. Alguns dias depois a máquina representou o mesmo problema, liguei e agendei nova visita por várias e várias vzs. Eles se comprometia em vim verificar, mais jamais apareceram. Ou seja a garantia do serviço não é
cumprida como oferecido. Sempre q ligo São super simpáticos, mais não tem comprometimento.
I entrusted my machine to them, q partially solved the problem. A few days later the machine had the same problem, I called and scheduled a new visit several times. They promised to come check it out, but they never showed up. In other words, the service guarantee is not
fulfilled as offered. Whenever I call They are super friendly, but they don't have commitment.
