★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei de presente uma massagem. Hoje quando fui ligar pra agendar, percebi que tinha validade e que tinha expirado ontem. Liguei mesmo assim, fui muito bem atendida pela recepcionista que disse que falaria com o gerente e me retornaria se ele iria permitir o agendamento ou não, já que era só um dia.
Horas depois ela me mandou mensagem dizendo que ele não autorizou. Por 1 dia! Esse gerente não entende de atendimento ao cliente. Nunca mais volto!
 I got a massage as a gift. Today when I called to schedule, I realized it was valid and had expired yesterday. I called anyway, I was very well answered by the receptionist who said she would talk to the manager and return to me if he would allow the appointment or not, since it was only one day.
Hours later she texted me saying he didn't authorize it. For 1 day! This manager does not understand customer service. I'll never be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no local recentemente para realizar uma massagem + ventosaterapia, a duração foi de aproximadamente 50 minutos, estava com algumas dores por conta do excesso de atividade física e acredito que a melhor escolha que fiz foi ter escolhido esse serviço.
Começando pelo agendamento, o pessoal sempre solícito, tinha agendado um horário porém havia esquecido de um compromisso no período da tarde e tive que adiar por uma hora, e fui atendido rapidamente.
O local fica bem localizado e é fácil de chegar, shopping ao lado da marginal, próximo a estação e na frente do meu condomínio, local muito limpo e funcionários muito preparados para atender o público, quem me atendeu foi o Romeu que esclareceu algumas dúvidas por conta do excesso de atividade física e sobre as dores que estava sentindo.
Com certeza pretendo voltar

I was in the place recently to perform a massage + windsurfing, the duration was approximately 50 minutes, I was in some pain because of the excess of physical activity and I believe that the best choice I made was to have chosen this service.
Starting with the scheduling, the always solicitous staff had scheduled a schedule but had forgotten about an appointment in the afternoon and had to postpone for an hour, and was answered quickly.
The location is well located and easy to get to, shopping along the edge, near the station and in front of my condo, very clean place and staff very prepared to meet the public, who answered me was Romeu who clarified some doubts about the excess of physical activity and about the pain he was feeling.
I sure plan to go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase sempre fui muito bem atendido e já fui muitas vezes. A única exceção foi quando ganhei um vale brinde do shopping para uma sessão de massagem e o serviço foi lastimável. Mas atualmente o atendimento tem sido ótimo.
I was almost always very well attended and I have been many times. The only exception was when I got a free gift from the mall for a massage session and the service was pitiful. But currently the service has been great.
