Attentive and competent team, led by the qualified hands of the super kind Drs. Katia Azevedo and Fernanda Dutra. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clínica são de profissionais antiéticos e imperitos no assunto massagem! A tal da Ludmila mal sabe as diferenças entre os tipos de massagens. Fiz 40 minutos de massagem que era para ser terapêutico e não estressante ,pois eu não pude diferenciar quando a massagem iniciou com o momento em que a "massagista" apenas passava o óleo no meu corpo. Eu como médica sei a diferença entre massagiar superfície da pele e massagiar musculatura tensionada, fato esse em que a tal "massagista" não soube diferenciar ao fazer o serviço porco no meu corpo.
Sem dúvidas perdi tempo e dinheiro com essa gente que não tem formação adequada para o tipo de serviço que dizem prestar. Não confiem neles pois fazem propaganda enganosa em que a qualquer momento serão denunciados com certeza pela imperícia e serviço de má qualidade que só visa os lucros sem se preocuparem e nem darem um suporte necessário e satisfatório ao bem estar do paciente.
This clinic is from unethical professionals and imperfect in the subject massage! The Ludmila girl hardly knows the differences between the types of massages. I did 40 minutes of massage which was supposed to be therapeutic and not stressful, because I couldn't differentiate when the massage started with the time the "masseuse" just rubbed the oil on my body. As a doctor I know the difference between massaging the surface of the skin and massaging tensioned muscles, a fact in which the "masseuse" could not differentiate while doing the pig service on my body.
No doubt I lost time and money with these people who do not have adequate training for the type of service they claim to provide. Do not trust them because they make misleading propaganda that at any moment they will be denounced with certainty for the malpractice and poor service that only aims at profits without worrying or giving necessary and satisfactory support to the well being of the patient.

Estão de parabéns e agradeço ter conhecido a prática de Pilates com ele!
Excellent team, well located clinic, well equipped, and the difference is the professional Thadeu Azevedo who treated my shoulder according to the guidelines of my orthopedist, including others that were not even part of the treatment, but that gave me a huge well-being and confidence in the quality of his work! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cada dia um profissional diferente para te atender, o paciente que tem que explicar toda vez o seu problema para fazer a sessão de fisioterapia. Uma clínica sem organização. Estava marcada para o horário de 12:00 h, me enviaram uma mensagem e pediram pra antecipar para 11:30h. Cheguei as 11:20 h e só fui atendida quase 12:30 h. Junto comigo havia uma senhora de mais de 70 anos que reclamou da demora pois chegou depois de mim e só foi atendida quase no final da minha sessão. Um dia fui atendida por uma profissional super ignorante, que disse que a culpa de estar com esses problemas era meu, pois eu não cuidava da postura, não me alongava frequentemente e fez uma massagem com tanta agressividade e força no meu braço, que eu fiquei 3 dias com dor. Ao invés de melhorar, saí de la pior.
Fiquei um tempo sem ir pois tinha 10 ressonâncias magnéticas e outros compromissos. Quando mandei mensagem pra marcar um horário, me informaram que já haviam enviado minha ficha para cobrança no plano de saúde sem que avisassem à mim. De 10 sessões que eu teria que fazer, só fiz 4, mas para minha surpresa, ao ligar hoje para o plano de saúde, me informaram que enviaram 10 sessões para faturamento. Agora estou tentando uma resposta com a Sra Kátia, que foi indicada como responsável pela clínica, para que possam fazer o acerto junto ao plano com a cobrança correta de 4 sessões.

Of the 10 sessions that I would have to do, I only did 4, but to my surprise, when calling the health plan today, they informed me that they sent 10 billing sessions. Now I am trying to get an answer with Mrs. Kátia, who was appointed as responsible for the clinic, so that they can make the right with the plan with the correct charge of 4 sessions.
