Só não dou cinco estrelas por que hoje dia 1i de marco de 2022 as 10:35 10:40 da manha liguei pelo atendimento do telefone da central de marcação pra ver se tinha vaga na fono e fui distratada pela atendente do telefone .queria saber se já tinha vaga pra fono e ela porque ouviu a minha voz rouca eu falo rouca porque tenho cisto na corda vocal e como demoram a atender eu deixo no viva voz o telefone.e la atendeu fui falar ela desligou na minha cara tentei falar outra vez liguei outra vez ela viu que era meu telefone e era eu e desligava. Fiz um teste pedi pra outra pessoa ligar de outro telefone e outra voz ai ela atendeu e não desligou. Vcs tem que ver quem contratam para a central de atendimento!!! Muita gente liga com a voz rouca justamente procurando fono e só liguei porque ninguém me respondeu no zap. Primeiro claro escrevi no zap e ninguém me respondeu fiquei no vácuo total por isso que tive que ligar é pior ainda o atendimento de telefone.
I went to the clinic for a consultation with the professional. I really loved the service at the clinic from the receptionists who were very nice to me to the professional grade ten. Top ten installations! Great!
The only reason I don't give it five stars is because today, March 1st, 2022 at 10:35 am 10:40 am I called the telephone service of the appointment center to see if there was a vacancy at the speech and I was distracted by the telephone attendant. there was already a vacancy for the speech therapist and she because she heard my hoarse voice I say hoarse because I have a vocal cord cyst and as they take a long time to answer I leave the phone on speakerphone. again she saw it was my phone and it was me and hung up. I took a test and asked someone else to call from another phone and another voice then she answered and didn't hang up. You have to see who hires for the call center!!! A lot of people call with a hoarse voice just looking for phono and I only called because no one answered me on zap. First of course I wrote on zap and no one answered me I was in a total vacuum that's why I had to call and the phone service is even worse.
