★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema seríssimo em uma negociação intermediada pelo Diretor da Era Imóveis, Luis Henrique. O último contato que tive com a Imobiliária foi através de um e-mail que enviei sintetizando minhas dúvidas, e pedidos de entrega de documentos. O e-mail não foi respondido. A resposta dada pelo Luis Henrique foi um telefonema em um tom muito mais elevado que o recomendado pela educação e pelo profissionalismo. Lamentável.
I had a very serious problem in a negotiation brokered by the Director of Real Estate was, Luis Henrique. The last contact I had with Real Estate was through an email that I sent summarizing my doubts, and requests for delivery of documents. The e-mail was not answered. The answer given by Luis Henrique was a phone call at a much higher tone than recommended by education and professionalism. Unfortunate.
