★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento.Preço acima da concorrência e não dão garantia do serviço, troquei a suspensão dianteira e com menos de 3 meses voltou a fazer barulho. Me deram diagnóstico que era coxim da suspensão mas quando avisei que tinha trocado e o serviço foi feito com eles, mudaram de assunto e pediram pra eu levar outro dia fazer novo diagnóstico com mais calma. Chegando lá me falaram que a mola de suspensão tinha cansado e teria que ser trocada. Só o custo de mão de obra me pediram RS250,00. Levei o carro em outras três auto center e todos falaram que era problema de coxim, e que ele deve ter usado um paralelo ou talvez nem tenha trocado, mas cobrou pelo serviço. Fui em outra oficina e lá foi constatado que montaram errado o coxim do amortecedor, levando o mesmo a travar. Nunca mais voltou na Escap Total Center e aconselho á que não quer jogar dinheiro fora, não faça serviço com eles.

Arriving there they told me that the suspension spring had worn out and would have to be replaced. Only the cost of labor asked me RS250.00. I took the car in another three auto center and everyone said that it was a cushion problem, and that he must have used a parallel or maybe not even changed, but he charged for the service. I went in another workshop and there it was found that they mounted wrong the shock cushion, causing the same to lock. Never returned to the Escap Total Center and I advise you not to throw money away, do not do service with them.
