Vamos falar da localização, ótimo acesso para os alunos, sendo eles da cidade ou não, localizada no Centro de Niterói, a Escola Brulee é super fácil de chegar tendo por perto, pontos de táxi, terminal de ônibus e as barcas, a escola está localizada dentro do conjunto Office do Plaza shopping, fazendo com que o acesso e a segurança seja ainda melhor. Já sobre esse momento de fragilidade e cuidados que devemos tomar, eles acertaram mais uma vez, a escola conta com tapetes sanitizante, divisórias protetoras de acrílico entre os alunos, termômetro de alta eficácia com verificação a distância, álcool 70% individual para cada aluno, e para os que não estão acostumados a ficar por muito tempo com as máscaras que são acessórios obrigatórios no ambiente da escola, existe um espaço no local ao ar livre, lembrando que a saída para tomar um arzinho é individual.
Sobre o curso fábrica de bolos, uau. Maravilhoso, uma aula inteiramente didática e prática, conduzida pelo incrível Chef Confeiteiro Tales Yamaguchi de uma forma belíssima. Além do Tales, a escola conta com outros professores em sua grade de ensino, o atendimento e operação também são maravilhosos, todos muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.
Lembrando que a escola está operando com 50% da sua capacidade devido a pandemia do novo Coronaviris, para saber mais é só entrar no Instagram e contatar essa equipe maravilhosa.
Ansioso pelos meus próximos cursos na escola, esse fim de semana foi muito feliz.

Let's talk about the location, great access for students, whether they are from the city or not, located in the Center of Niterói, Escola Brulee is super easy to get around, taxi stops, bus terminal and ferries, the school is located within the Office set of Plaza shopping, making access and security even better. Regarding this moment of fragility and care that we must take, they got it right again, the school has sanitizing rugs, protective acrylic dividers among students, a highly effective thermometer with remote verification, 70% individual alcohol for each student, and for those who are not used to staying for a long time with the masks that are mandatory accessories in the school environment, there is a space in the outdoor area, remembering that the exit to take some air is individual.
About the cake factory course, wow. Wonderful, an entirely didactic and practical class, conducted by the amazing pastry chef Tales Yamaguchi in a beautiful way. In addition to Tales, the school has other teachers in its teaching grid, the service and operation are also wonderful, all very attentive and always willing to help.
