A empresa Levi's negou o estorno do valor e a desistência do produto alegando estar fora do prazo para a solicitação. Há anos sou cliente das lojas físicas da marca, sendo a primeira vez que compro na loja online, e já estou COMPLETAMENTE DECEPCIONADA com o atendimento. Aguardo explicações da empresa.
On 29/01/19 I received two Levi's pants bought by the site and on 02/02/19, exactly 7 days later, I asked for one of them to be dropped. The company Levi's denied the reversal of the value and the withdrawal of the product claiming to be out of time for the request. For years I have been a customer of the brand's physical stores, being the first time I shop at the online store, and I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED with the service. I await explanations of the company.
