★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra do curso completo de psicanálise EAD com pagamento em boleto bancário com vencimento todo dia 20 e hoje dia 20/09 (terceiro boleto) fui surpreendida com a minha conta em status de acesso expirado. Como pode cancelar um serviço pago porque as 00:00 o boleto estava em aberto? A atendente por telefone sequer se desculpou e informou que quando houver a compensação bancária o sistema volta a funcionar, vale lembrar que isso ocorreu antes das 10h da manhã. Só me preparando pra mais raiva...
I purchased the complete EAD psychoanalysis course with bank payment due every 20th day and today 09/20 (third bill) was surprised by my account in expired access status. How can you cancel a paid service because at 00:00 the bill was open? The phone attendant did not even apologize and said that when there is bank clearing the system goes back to work, it is worth remembering that this occurred before 10 am.
