★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inscrevi meu filho pelo site em um curso de informática que não é gratuito na ultima quinta feira , no dia seguinte me ligaram falando que o curso foi cancelado. Retornei hoje para agendar o reembolso e não me ofereceram outro curso , mesmo eu me mostrando interessada, perguntei de outros cursos , data de início mas nada. A pessoa que é responsável pelo atendimento, embora muito educada, não mostrou interesse nenhum em receber mais um aluno. Gostaria de avaliar a escola, mas, o mais próximo que eu tive de uma "experiência" foi isso.
Essa unidade do Senai fica em Mauá.
I enrolled my son through the website in a computer course that is not free last Thursday, the next day they called me saying that the course was cancelled. I returned today to schedule the refund and they didn't offer me another course, even though I was interested, I asked about other courses, start date but nothing. The person responsible for the service, although very polite, showed no interest in receiving another student. I would like to rate the school, but the closest I've had to an "experience" is this.
This Senai unit is located in Mauá.
