Acho importante vir até aqui para enaltecer essas profissionais, pois tem muita gente mal intencionada que gosta de tirar conclusões por uma vez atendida e vir aqui expor, acho muito cruel. Infelizmente as plataformas tem seu lado bom e lado ruim e dos lados negativos é justamente a munição que os covardes tem de expor o que tem como verdade a troco de nada.
Acho importante que use sim essa ferramenta para deixar sua opinião registrada de forma justa e honesta, antes de entregar um relatório negativo tente deixar o mais claro possível, agora se houve uma conversa e não obteve solução acho coerente dar esse feedback.
Bom, para concluir como cliente (e não uma visitante) da esmaltaria eu recomendo demais!

I think it is important to come here to praise these professionals, as there are a lot of people with bad intentions who like to draw conclusions for once attended and come here to expose, I find it very cruel. Unfortunately the platforms have their good and bad sides and the negative sides are precisely the ammunition that cowards have to expose what they have as truth in exchange for nothing.
I think it is important that you use this tool to leave your opinion recorded fairly and honestly, before delivering a negative report try to make it as clear as possible, now if there was a conversation and there was no solution I think it is consistent to give this feedback.
Well, to conclude as a customer (and not a visitor) of the enamelware I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente por um tempo e sempre sai satisfeita com o atendimento da Nail que me atendia, a Ellen. Inclusive teve 1x que ela me atendeu completamente fora do horário para que eu pudesse ficar pronta para um casamento. Parei de ir pois ficava super fora de mão para mim, porém assim que abrir a unidade de Santo André pretendo voltar a frequentar a Esmalteria.
I was a customer for a while and always left satisfied with Nail's service, Ellen. There was even 1x that she attended me completely out of hours so that I could be ready for a wedding. I stopped going because it was super out of hand for me, but as soon as I open the Santo André unit I intend to go back to Esmalteria.

Sempre acompanho a esmalteria pelo insta, surgiu a oportunidade e fui lá mostrar meu dom.
Me surpreendi, a ÚNICA esmalteria do ABC que valoriza as profissionais da área, e falo isso com PROPRIEDADE, por ter passado por várias entrevistas antes.
A Aline, vulgo dona? Da pra ver de longe que tem um coração de menina, atenciosa, trata as profissionais com amor e o melhor: NAO TEM PERFIL DE SARGENTONA! haha... vocês não tem noção do que é trabalhar em ambientes pesados, com mal humor de chefe, tensão, e pressão. Então antes de julgarem o jeito dela, lembrem -se que é raro quem põe a cara a tapa e mostra quem é, a maioria das pessoas são enrustidas hoje em dia... e ser de VERDADE assusta.
As meninas da equipe são SURREAIS, nunca trabalhei em um local assim. Simpáticas, prestativas e acima de tudo: empaticas. Eu não imagino um local melhor pro trabalho fluir, por que quando a equipe é unida, só existem bons resultados. Eu tenho certeza de que podemos errar, mas o preço do reparo sempre será menor do que não tentarmos de algum modo evoluir!

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE!
I always follow the nail polish through urges, the opportunity arose and I went there to show my gift.
I was surprised, the ONLY ABC nail polish that values professionals in the field, and I say this PROPERLY, for having gone through several interviews before.
Aline, aka owner? You can see from afar that she has a girl's heart, attentive, she treats the professionals with love and the best: THERE IS NO PROFILE OF SERGENTONE! haha ... you have no idea what it's like to work in heavy environments, with a bad mood, boss, tension and pressure. So before you judge her way, remember that it is rare for someone to slap their faces and show who they are, most people are trapped nowadays ... and being TRUE scares them.
The girls on the team are AMAZING, I have never worked in a place like this. Friendly, helpful and above all: empathic. I can't imagine a better place for work to flow, because when the team is united, there are only good results. I'm sure we can make mistakes, but the price of the repair will always be less than not trying to evolve in any way!

Sou cliente há mais de 03 anos, meu primeiro atendimento foi realizado pela a dona e proprietária Aline, para aplicação da fibra de vidro, serviço esse feito de maneira impecável!
Por escolha minha, após 02 anos retirei a fibra de vidro e permaneço indo semanalmente para fazer manicure tradicional com a profissional Agatha, que também faz um trabalho impecável.
Ressalto que todas as profissionais são qualificadas, competentes e trabalham muito bem, sem contar que são excelentes pessoas!
O local também conta com uma ótima infraestrutura:

Os valores estao condizentes com a qualidade dos serviços e quanto a postura da proprietária Aline, trata-se de uma EXCELENTE PROSSIFISONAL, qualificada, atualizada, diferenciada e referência no seu ramo. Sem contar que é um pessoa divertida, alegre e de bem com a vida.
Li alguns comentários sobre o seu jeito de ser e sim, pode ser que ela não agrade a todos, mas vale ressaltar que ela não está ali para agradar e ser amiga de cliente (isso é consequência) ela está ali para atender/trabalhar e isso ela faz muitíssimo bem, independente de qualquer coisa isso não se pode negar!

By my choice, after 02 years I removed the fiberglass and keep going weekly to do traditional manicure with the professional Agatha, who also does an impeccable job.

Fique 2 anos namorando as unhas das clientes na pagina da Esmaltaria Aline Cris, sempre via outras paginas, mais sempre era a dela que me agradava, falava que eu ainda iria fazer minhas unhas de fibra la, sou cliente a pouco tempo, mais não troco por nada. Amo o Trabalho delas.
