★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente qualidade de ensino, ótimos professores e a reitoria dos cursos são nota 10! Ainda não é denominada universidade mas é melhor que as que temos na cidade, sem dúvida.
Porém, as três estrelas são pela falta de estrutura que ainda é presente. Uma instituição do porte da Esamaz, com a imensa circulação de alunos que comporta deveria por necessidade investir um pouco mais na sua estrutura interna. Não me entra na cabeça uma faculdade não ter uma central ao aluno, ou no MÍNIMO um setor financeiro, com pessoal disponível pra atender a essas questões. Pra tratar sobre, nós precisamos falar com uma só pessoa, o diretor geral, e obviamente, para um presidente ter disponibilidade de tratar com um aluno é uma complicação. Há de concordar que em nosso mercado atual, até em algumas pequenas empresas esse método de hierarquia não mais existe. Sem contar com essa política de ser proibido tratar determinadas informaçoes por telefone. Pra resolver uma situação, você precisa parar tudo e dar um jeito de ir pessoalmente ao pólo. Muitíssimo inadequado, conflituoso e incoveniente para o aluno.
Por fim, espero com grande carinho que essa questão melhore.

Excellent teaching quality, great teachers and the rectory of the courses are note 10! It is not yet called a university but it is better than the ones we have in the city, no doubt.
However, the three stars are due to the lack of structure that is still present. An institution of the size of Esamaz, with the immense circulation of students that behaves, should of necessity have to invest a little more in its internal structure. I do not think it's a college that does not have a student center, or at MINIMUM a financial sector, with staff available to attend to these issues. To deal with, we need to talk to one person, the CEO, and obviously, for a president to be willing to deal with a student is a complication. It must agree that in our current market, even in some small companies this method of hierarchy no longer exists. Notwithstanding this policy of being prohibited from handling certain information over the phone. To solve a situation, you need to stop everything and find a way to go personally to the pole. Very inappropriate, conflicting and inconvenient for the student.
Finally, I hope with great affection that this issue will improve.
