★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico agora a pouco estava a falar com uma pessoa que se chama sheila que se intitula advogada bom mais educação pelo visto não tem passei todo meu caso pra mesma a mesma fes pouco caso e me deixou falando sozinho lamentável não indico não tenho o encino fundamental completo mais educação pelo menos tenho . Fui atendido horas depois até indico só que tem que ter mais atenção ao atender os clientes

Já faz um tempo que utilizei dos serviços da bento Júnior e infelizmente não tive uma boa impressão , a advogada que acompanharia meu caso simplesmente não foi na audiência e não me atendia ,isso 10h da manha ,fui ter um retorno as 17h pelo Émerson me pedindo desculpa ! Então para quem for procurar pelos serviços da bento Júnior fiquem espertos esperto,a conversa no escritório é uma coisa na audiência parecem amadores !

Perdi uma causa devido ao despreparo, falta de atenção, empatia do próprio escritório etc. Colocaram coisas no processo que eu não disse, o que deveria ter sido reivindicado não foi. Foi uma vergonha perante o juiz !!! Não sabem a diferença entre um quadro de distribuição e um quadro de força, onde falam para o cliente fotografar e depois passar vergonha na perícia!! NÃO SE DEIXEM ENGANAR PORQUE VIRAM UMA REPORTAGEM QUE ELES GANHARAM UMA CAUSA NA ÁREA QUE VOCÊ PROCURA. Provas não faltaram, tinha e-mails, testemunha que vivenciou os problemas. MINHA ADVOGADA CHEGOU ATRASADAAAAAAAAAAA NO DIA DA AUDIÊNCIA!!!! ELA NÃO ME INSTRUIU, NEM A MINHA TESTEMUNHA. NÃO COMENTAM O MESMO ERRO QUE EU. Além disso não era um advogado só cuidando do caso, o que é PÉSSIMO, porque eles não se aprofundam no processo, não estão por dentro das informações. No dia que contratei o serviço falei com a Carolina, no dia da primeira audiência foi uma outra advogada e remarcaram para o fórum da penha, onde foi outra advogada (essa se atrasou). Às vezes aquele advogado de bairro que você não dá nada é muito mais competente do que um escritório de bacana!!! Sempre quem entrava em contato era um estagiário (Emerson), uma conhecida também contratou o escritório e a recepcionista DESLIGOU O TELEFONE NA CARA DELA porque ela pedia pra falar com um advogado. Enchem os teus olhos que vão defender a tua causa e no fim, você é só mais um número.

They don't know the difference between a distribution board and a power board, where they tell the client to take a picture and then embarrass themselves in the forensics!! DON'T BE FOOLED BECAUSE THEY SAW A REPORT THAT THEY WON A CAUSE IN THE AREA YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. There was no lack of evidence, there were emails, witness who experienced the problems. MY LAWYER WAS LATEAAAAAAAAAA ON THE DAY OF THE HEARING!!!! SHE DID NOT INSTRUCT ME OR MY WITNESS. DON'T COMMENT THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. Besides, it wasn't just a lawyer handling the case, which is TERRIBLE, because they don't go deep into the process, they don't know about the information. On the day I hired the service, I spoke with Carolina, on the day of the first hearing, it was another lawyer and they rescheduled it to the penha forum, where it was another lawyer (this one was delayed). Sometimes that neighborhood lawyer you don't give anything to is much more competent than a cool office!!! An intern (Emerson) always got in touch, an acquaintance also hired the office and the receptionist TURNED OFF THE PHONE IN HER FACE because she asked to speak to a lawyer. They fill your eyes that they will defend your cause and in the end, you are just another number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu paguei a vcs mais de 600 Reais para ver uma causa pra mim se daria para entrar com ação, ja faz 6 meses e nada, vcs disseram que dentro de 1 mes daria a resposta e sumiram, nao respondem email ou wattsap.
Nao recebi resposta se daria pra entrar com ação ou não.
Que absurdo vcs não tem um pingo de consideração com o cliente, ficam com o dinheiro e somem.
