Todos tem a mesma resposta, até mesmo eu digo: muito bom atendimento!
Mas não posso dar nota máxima no meu caso por causa do seguinte: quando fui para cadastrar / castrar minha cadelinha peguei uma fila de espera de mais de 1 hora
Mas acho que o meu caso foi uma exceção pura, veremos da próxima vez que usar o sistema da prefeitura

Everyone has the same answer, even I say: very good service!
But I can't give a high score in my case because of the following: when I went to register / castrate my dog I took a queue of more than 1 hour
But I think that my case was a pure exception, we will see the next time we use the city hall system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi tudo tranquilo consegui uma guia para castração gratuita, fiz o RGA do meu pet, ele já saiu de lá vacinado, com a documentação toda certa... Eles atendem a região do Butantã e tudo gratuito fui bem atendido e levou todo procedimento em menos de meia hora vale a pena...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi excelente, em 25 minutos deram a vacina da raiva na minha gata, fizeram o RGA dela e o encaminhamento para a castração em uma clínica. As atendentes são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Muito legal, recomendo.
It was excellent, in 25 minutes they gave my cat the rabies vaccine, did her RGA and referred her for castration in a clinic. The attendants are very friendly and attentive. Very cool, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles atendem um por um em ordem de chegada. E é preciso ter todos os documentos em mãos ( RG, Compro- vante de Residência no seu nome, e informações dos animais). Mas com paciência, vc consegue tudo, cadastro, RA, vacinação contra a raiva (das 9 - 15 hs ) e o encaminhamento para agendar a castração gratuíta em umas das clínicas veterinárias convêniada. Tudo de Bom...
They attend one by one in order of arrival. And you must have all the documents in hand (ID, Proof of Residence in your name, and animal information). But with patience, you get everything, registration, RA, rabies vaccination (9 - 15 pm) and referral to schedule free castration at one of the agreed veterinary clinics. All the best...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo ano vacino minha cachorrinha grátis com eles. Também fiz o RGA aqui, a castração de 2 cães e uma gatinha, cada um em datas diferentes e fomos sempre bem tratados. Gosto muito do atendimento.
Every year I vaccinate my free dog with them. I also did the RGA here, the neutering of 2 dogs and a kitten, each on different dates and we were always treated well. I really like the service.
