Fui convidado por amigos próximos, em dia de semana e estava cheio, soube que o "carro chefe" é o caranguejo com pirão.
Ambiente um pouco "aglomerado" para pandemia, e vi pessoas muito próximas sem os cuidados devido. Também não vi por parte do restaurante certa "preocupação" com esse fato.
Eu tomei um caldinho de feijão, uma casquinha de caranguejo e provei o pirão de caranguejo que uma amiga pediu.
Tem um "viveiro" de caranguejos.
O caldo do caranguejo estava saboroso com toque de "leite de côco", a consistência do pirão não gostei, poderia ser mais consistente em termos de farinha, a casquinha de caranguejo nada "especial", poderia ter mais sabor, o preço é razoável.

I had a bean broth, a crab shell and tasted the crab mush that a friend ordered.
It has a "nursery" of crabs.
The crab broth was tasty with a touch of "coconut milk", I didn't like the consistency of the mush, it could be more consistent in terms of flour, the crab shell was nothing "special", it could have more flavor, the price is reasonable.
