Péssimo atendimento no delivery, mal preparados para entrega, pessimo motoboy que precisa de umas aulas de como saber trabalhar com entregas e sem falar da DEMORA para entrega. Moro praticamente do lado do mesmo na unidade boa viagem e o local levou mais de 1 hora para entregar e quando veio, voltou. Ligo e me informam que o motoboy teria retornado. Enfim, pessimo em tudo. Agora esta eu e meu filho com fome, por conta da falta de respeito e compromisso com o cliente e sem direito a desculpas. Nao adianta ter uma comida boa, se todo o resto não presta.
 DO NOT RECOMMEND the same. Poor delivery service, poorly prepared for delivery, poor courier who needs some lessons on how to work with deliveries and not to mention DEMORA for delivery. I live practically on the same side in the good trip unit and the place took over 1 hour to deliver and when it came, it came back. I call and inform me that the motoboy would have returned. Anyway, pessimo in everything. Now my son and I are hungry, due to the lack of respect and commitment to the client and without the right to apologize. There is no point in having good food, if everything else sucks.

Calma, fui injusto.
Acho que fui influenciado pelos colegas local guide e me precipitei. .
A decepção ficou por conta da farofa. No galeto da esquina a farofa é bem mais saborosa. E a primeira impressão foi desfeita logo no primeiro torresmo. Apenas a costelinha não veio com ossos, maravilhoso isso.
Perdão!

A comida até que é boa, mas ainda não entendi o motivo de cobrar R$ 8,00 pra entrega, se o serviço de Delivery é péssimo! na Terça feira 10/04 fiz o pedido as 11:50 da manhã . 13:30 da tarde e nada. Quando resolvi ligar ela disse que o pedido tinha voltado a loja pq o motoqueiro não tinha achado o endereço. Perdi o horário de almoço, fora a fome que eu estava, por esperar a comida. A atendente até tentou se desculpar, percebi que ela tinha ficado chateada também, mas só me deixou mais chateada. Pensei direitinho e por mim mesma, tentei tirar a má impressão desse estabelecimento. Pedi hoje 12/04 novamente. Fiz o pedido as 11:36 e chegou 13:00. A atendente era outra, e não mostrou nenhum interesse nem empatia Resumindo, paguei 21,90 por uma caixa de calabresa feijão mulatinho arroz e O "DELIVERY" e ainda não entendi o motivo. MAS ACONSELHO: MELHOR NÃO PEDIR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, valores distorcidos entre cardápios (real e app) , uma forma de ludibriar a clientela e se dar bem. Sempre pedia , mas perderam um cliente, na última vez fiz um pedido que custava 18$ que quando debitado do cartão deu 25$ , ou seja acrrscimos de quase 50%.
Além disso a quantidade de comida e para uma criança ou alguém que fez redução de estômago.
E também demora para entrega.
E péssimo atendimento na hora em que liguei pra procurar entender o motivo de estar pagando mais. Não souberam explicar como também ficaram de chacota na ligação.
Péssima experiência, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pedi tropeiro, a comida sem sal e sem tempero, muito seco. Resolvi experimentar mais uma vez, para dar chance ao restaurante, a comida veio pior ainda, sem falar do preço que é muito elevado. Não vou pedir mais.
