★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza muito gostosa, mas dá última vez que pedi veio com muito atraso, gelada e ainda faltando o refrigerante. Hoje tentei fazer um novo pedido para ver se melhorou o telefone não atende.

The products are great but the service takes a long time to deliver the phone doesn't answer whats it doesn't answer and the wrong order came.... My praise is back with 5 stars but the service dropped a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar é uma piada, consegue demorar mais de 2 horas e meia para um pedido de 5 esfihas. Totalmente desrespeitoso com o cliente, não respondem, não pedem desculpa, não dão satisfação… até o próprio iFood diz não conseguir contato com o restaurante quando é solicitado o cancelamento, totalmente amadores… Ou os funcionários são totalmente incapazes ou a administração é um lixo e os deixa trabalhando com uma carga excessiva e atrasando todos os pedidos; se não dão conta da demanda é preferível que feche do que prestar um atendimento pífio.
Peçam no Abi ou no Almeida, com certeza vai ser uma refeição mais agradável, com alimento quente e sem estresse.
This place is a joke, it can take over 2 and a half hours for an order of 5 esfihas. Totally disrespectful to the customer, they don't respond, they don't apologize, they don't give satisfaction... even iFood itself says they can't get in touch with the restaurant when they ask for a cancellation, totally amateurs... Either the employees are totally incapable or the administration is rubbish and leaves them working with an excessive load and delaying all orders; if they don't handle the demand, it's better to close than to provide a poor service.
Order at Abi or Almeida, for sure it will be a more pleasant meal, with hot food and without stress.

Deu mais uma chance para comprar, fiz um pedido as 19:50h e eles a todo tempo falando que já está a vindo e isso pq a pizzaria é na minha rua, eu com uma criança de 7 anos que precisa levantar cedo para ir a escola, com muita mais muita fome, eles fazem a gente descer e nada de pizza falando que já saiu que absurdo o transtorno que eles causaram e ainda querem justificar sendo que antes eu perguntei tempo, eu falei que era melhor cancelar pela demora e falando que estava na rua. Chegaram na porta da minha casa 21:46h. Não indico para ninguém, principalmente pela falta de respeito e de mentiras nas informações
What a rubbish place, twice I bought pizza and it came with hair.
It gave me one more chance to buy, I placed an order at 19:50h and they kept saying that it's coming and that's because the pizzeria is on my street, me with a 7 year old who needs to get up early to go to school , very hungry, they make us go down and no pizza saying that it's already out how absurd the inconvenience they caused and they still want to justify it being that before I asked for time, I said it was better to cancel because of the delay and saying that I was in the street. They arrived at my house at 9:46 pm. I don't recommend it to anyone, mainly because of the lack of respect and lies in the information
