★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Comprei um fogão e há 01 mês tento fazer a conversão para gás natural e não tem técnico e peças. Foram 03 vezes na minha residência e informaram que não tem peças.!!! Péssima empresa. Absurdo.
 Poor service. I bought a stove and for 1 month I try to convert to natural gas and there are no technicians and parts. They were 3 times in my residence and they said they have no parts. !!! Bad company. Absurd

The best company I joined to work I have 1 year and 11 months on February 20 I do 2 years of esmaltec, is a company that gives you many opportunities that want to grow professionally with one year and five months I was promoted to head of production and Today I just have to thank GOD and enamltec first for the opportunity and for believing in my potential to have the argo I have today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um freezer horizontal Esmaltec 337 litros (modelo EFH 350) no dia 15/08/2017 e parou de congelar por volta do dia 25/10/2017, todos os produtos que estavam dentro do freezer descongelaram e estragaram (incluindo peixes e carnes de alto valor). Fiz contato com a assistência técnica da Esmaltec que atende a minha região que é a RJ GUERREIRO ASSISTENCIA TECNICA EM ELETRODOMESTICOS LTDA (Avenida Ernani Cardoso, 84 - Cascadura) no dia 30/10/2017 e então marcaram a vinda do técnico para 03/11/2017, porém ninguém apareceu. Além disso fiz contato com outra Assistência técnica (HR REFRIGERACAO E MANUTENCAO LTDA ME - Av. Cesário de Melo, 10633 - Paciência, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 23585-125) que prometeu enviar um técnico no final da tarde da sexta-feira (03/11/2017) que também não apareceu. A assistência de Cascadura citada faltou mais duas vezes (segunda de manhã e segunda de tarde). Na quarta (08/11/2017) finalmente o técnico da assistência de Paciência apareceu e alegou que o problema era superaquecimento e o freezer voltou a congelar temporariamente. Porém, o problema não foi resolvido, já que 4 dias depois (na tarde do dia 12/11/2017) o freezer parou de congelar novamente.
Já vai completar 1 mês que o freezer está com defeito e a Esmaltec não resolveu o problema, sempre demorando muito para enviar um técnico, com total falta de compromisso com os agendamentos e gerando um grande transtorno e prejuízo.
Já contratei um técnico privado que confirmou que há um vazamento dentro do freezer e que a única solução é a troca do produto. Preciso que a Esmaltec troque imediatamente esse Freezer!
I bought an Esmaltec 337 liter horizontal freezer (model EFH 350) on 08/15/2017 and stopped freezing around 10/25/2017, all the products inside the freezer thawed and spoiled (including fish and meat from high value). I contacted Esmaltec's technical assistance that serves my region, which is RJ GUERREIRO ASSISTENCIA TECNICA EM ELETRODOMESTICOS LTDA (Avenida Ernani Cardoso, 84 - Cascadura) on 10/30/2017 and then scheduled the technician to come on 11/3 / 2017, but no one came. In addition I made contact with another Technical Assistance (HR REFRIGERACAO E MANUTENCAO LTDA ME - Av. Cesário de Melo, 10633 - Paciência, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 23585-125) that promised to send a technician in the late afternoon of Friday ( 03/11/2017) that also did not appear. Cascadura's aforementioned assistance was missed two more times (Monday morning and Monday afternoon). On Wednesday (08/11/2017) finally the technician of the Patience assistance appeared and claimed that the problem was overheating and the freezer temporarily froze again. However, the problem was not solved, since 4 days later (on the afternoon of 12/11/2017) the freezer stopped freezing again.
It will be 1 month since the freezer is defective and Esmaltec did not solve the problem, always taking too long to send a technician, with a total lack of commitment to the schedules and generating a great inconvenience and loss.
I have already hired a private technician who confirmed that there is a leak inside the freezer and that the only solution is to change the product. I need Esmaltec to change that Freezer immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O fogão esmaltec modelo ágata explodiu a mesa de vidro, colocou toda minha família em perigo, o SAC mentiu em relação ao envio de outra mesa que deveria ter sido entregue ja a dois dias. Pior tive que ouvir de uma pessoa que e patrocinada pela marca que o meu caso foi sorte que não e normal isso acontecer entro no Instagram e no Facebook da empresa isso e regra. O fogão causa tantos problemas que o tempo de espera para uma peça como a mesa está em 3 meses. Não sei como o PROCON ainda não fiscalizou vcs, notificou e multou
