Enviei msg via WhatsApp e o retorno demora mais de 15 minutos e ao comparecer presencialmente, perguntei se o telefone estava com defeito e me informaram que não! O atendimento presencial é extremamente indiferente!
Eu pergunto: Gostaria de fazer a unha, tem algum horário disponível?
A atendente responde, não, num tenho nenhum horário mais!!!
Não te oferece um agendamento para outro dia, não há empatia...Acho que as funcionárias poderão reduzir o lucro da empresa notavelmente!
