★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma avaliação 30 dias antes, cheguei na loja hoje e ninguém sabia que eu iria lá, não tinha agenda com meu nome e nem projeto montado, foi simplesmente um descaso, funcionários totalmente despreparados.
Lamentável a postura.
 I scheduled an evaluation 30 days before, I arrived at the store today and no one knew I would go there, I didn't have an agenda with my name or a project set up, it was simply a negligence, employees totally unprepared.
Regrettable posture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dirigi até a loja, fui muito bem atendida, foram em casa medir o armário, fizeram o projeto, me enviaram, após minha aprovação teve acompanhamento desde do início até a entrega, a qual foi realizada antes do prazo estipulado no contrato. Cumpriram perfeitamente o cronograma, achei o atendimento excelente. Os móveis são de alta qualidade, super recomendo esta loja, foi muito profissionalismo!! Estou mto satisfeita e feliz.... I went to the store, I was very well attended, they went home to measure the cabinet, they did the project, they sent me, after my approval, I was monitored from the beginning until delivery, which was carried out before the deadline stipulated in the contract. They met the schedule perfectly, I thought the service was excellent. The furniture is of high quality, I highly recommend this store, it was very professional!! I am very satisfied and happy.... Fechei o projeto dos móveis plenejados do meu apartamento em Setembro/2020 e até hoje não concluíram a entrega e a montagem, projeto sem muitos detalhes exorbitantes e poucos armários. Pós venda despreparado, faltaram peças, uma parte do móvel de uma cor e a outra parte de outra e gavetas sem montar.
A visita "técnica" aconteceu em 08/04/2021, o montador e o especialista tecnico fala uma coisa a loja fala outra, descaso TOTAL, falta de retorno, empresa que não indico a ninguém.
Terrible experience!
I closed the planned furniture project for my apartment in September/2020 and until today they have not completed the delivery and assembly, a project without many exorbitant details and few cabinets. Unprepared after-sales, parts were missing, one part of the furniture in one color and the other part in another, and unassembled drawers.
The "technical" visit took place on 04/08/2021, the assembler and the technical specialist say one thing, the store says another, TOTAL disregard, lack of return, a company that I do not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , péssimo pós venda ,na venda te prometem tudo e depois que vc paga , tudo e feito conforme a vontade deles ou conforme o contrato que eles fazem que parece um livro com um monte de página, para quando o cliente for reclamar de algo eles falarem que está tudo no contrato, fiz minha compra em junho , já estamos no final de setembro e só iram entregar em outubro e fora isso entregam e dps ainda tem que agendar montagem, então se vc não tiver pressa em seus móveis e não ligar para todos os seus questionamentos não serem atendidos,podem comprar , agora se vc é cliente como eu, que paga mais caro para ter um bom atendimento e se frusta por que eles são péssimos , irá se decepcionar também , eu não indico para ninguém comprar.
Bad service , bad after sales , they promise you everything on sale and after you pay , everything is done according to their wishes or according to the contract they make that looks like a book with a lot of pages , for when the customer complains about something they say that everything is in the contract, I made my purchase in June, we are already at the end of September and they will only deliver in October and apart from that they deliver and dps still have to schedule assembly, so if you are not in a hurry on your furniture and do not call for all your questions not to be answered, you can buy, now if you are a customer like me, who pays more to have a good service and is frustrated because they are terrible, you will also be disappointed, I do not recommend anyone to buy.

Bad experience...on delivery they soiled the walls of my apartment, on assembly they grated the wardrobe pieces, unnecessary holes...in short, I don't buy from this store anymore and I don't even recommend...
