★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo o atendimento! As minhas unhas ficam sempre impecáveis. Tem variedades de marcas e cores dos esmaltes e o espaço é super confortável (com poltronas inclináveis) e durante esse período pandêmico todo mundo respeitando as regras sanitárias. Todas as meninas de lá são ótimas!!!
I love the service! My nails are always flawless. There are varieties of nail polish brands and colors and the space is super comfortable (with tilting armchairs) and during this pandemic period everyone respected the sanitary rules. All the girls there are great !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não recomendo colocar unha de gel ou fibra. Levou mais tempo que o esperado para um resultado que não ficou bom, cheguei no salão as 13:30 e saí já era 17:00hrs. Deixou gel atras da unha, unhas onduladas e tortas, sem contar na curvatura da unha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma maquiagem com mais de 20 dias de antecedência. Ao chegar no horário combinado, a maquiadora Janaína não estava presente. Aguardei 20min quando fui comunicada que ela não iria. Em contato telefônico ela se dispôs a me atender, daí a uma hora, na minha casa. Novamente atrasada, não atendia as ligações e depois de 5 tentativas, retornou informando que estava ainda a 10km da minha casa. Eu fui madrinha de casamento e precisei eu mesma improvisar uma maquiagem às pressas, sem qualidade, pela falta de compromisso da empresa e da maquiadora em questão. Estou extremamente revoltada com a situação e não recomendo pra ninguém esse lugar. Falta de respeito com o cliente.

I am extremely disgusted with the situation and do not recommend this place to anyone. Lack of respect for the customer.
