★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de tinturaria da Lavanderia Jaraguá, filial do bairro Jaraguá, para tingir sete peças brancas de algodão. Quando fui buscar as peças tive a infeliz surpresa de encontrar peças manchadas, e de cor diferente das que solicitei. Quando contatei a proprietária Isabel, a mesma falou por vários minutos, absurdos infundados.
A Isabel, disse que houve da minha parte, uma tentativa de dar calote na mesma. Que a minha energia era pesada, que eu precisava me benzer. E desligou na minha cara.
Nunca fui tão desrespeitada em toda minha vida. Orientada pelo meu advogado, chamei a polícia para fazer um B.O.
A Isabel me tratou com deboche e falta de respeito. Ela é completamente antiprofissional.
O serviço ficou horrível. Perdi peças caras e sequer tive meu dinheiro de volta.
 I hired the dyeing service at Lavanderia Jaraguá, a branch of the Jaraguá neighborhood, to dye seven white pieces of cotton. When I went to pick up the pieces I had the unfortunate surprise of finding stained pieces, and of a different color from the ones I requested. When I contacted the owner Isabel, she spoke for several minutes, absurd nonsense.
Isabel said that there was an attempt on my part to default on it. That my energy was heavy, that I needed to bless myself. And hung up on me.
I've never been so disrespected in my life. Guided by my lawyer, I called the police to do a B.O.
Isabel treated me with debauchery and lack of respect. She is completely unprofessional.
The service was awful. I lost expensive parts and didn't even get my money back.

Quando entrei em contato com a lavanderia, fui muito bem atendida, mas tinha o receio de a limpeza não ser eficaz. Me entregaram o vestido antes do prazo estipulado, e ele está perfeito! Me emocionei ao vê-lo e confesso que até me dei vontade de casar de novo.
Gratidão a equipe da lavanderia Jaraguá por fazerem parte desse momento!

My wedding dress was kept for 3 years, as I couldn't have it washed. When I contacted the laundry, I was very well assisted, but I was afraid that cleaning would not be effective. The dress was delivered to me before the deadline, and it looks perfect! I was moved to see him and I confess that I even felt like getting married again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combinam uma coisa ao telefone, aí vc aceita, exatamente pq iam atender um ponto abordado e acordado na cv. Depois de pegarem os tapetes, mudam o acordado e ao serem questionados, simplesmente agem como se estivessem com razão. Muito triste ver empresas agindo assim. Primeira e última vez.
They arrange something on the phone, then you accept, exactly because they were going to answer a point discussed and agreed on at the CV. After picking up the rugs, they change the agreed upon and when questioned, they simply act as if they were right. Very sad to see companies acting like this. First and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tive boas experiências, mas a última houve muito atraso na entrega e readequação do prazo. O pior é que todas as roupas vieram com um código interno (provavelmente de controle) escrito à caneta (ou na etiqueta, no próprio tecido das roupas ou grampeado na roupa com um papel).
I've had good experiences, but the last one there was a lot of delay in delivery and readjustment of the deadline. The worst thing is that all the clothes came with an internal code (probably control) written in pen (or on the tag, on the fabric of the clothes or stapled to the clothes with a paper).
