★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pedicure excelente mas a manicure… vi todos os comentários falando mal mas quis arriscar, a moça deixou minha unha torta, não limpo direito e não tirou o excesso da unha depois de lixar, ficou aquele resto nas pontas!!! erro de principiante, não voltarei.
excellent pedicure but the manicure… I saw all the comments saying bad things but I wanted to risk it, the girl left my nail crooked, I didn't clean it properly and didn't remove the excess of the nail after sanding, it was left on the ends!!! rookie mistake, won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da experiência, não voltaria, pedir para fazer a mão e o pé, a manicure que me atendeu totalmente inexperiente, não soube tirar minha cutícula, ainda colocou defeito, falou quer era muito fina, além de me deixar total desconfortável na cadeira, ficava puxando a minha mão e meu pé sem nenhuma delicadeza. Precisam selecionar melhor os profissionais que colocar para trabalhar, serviço ficou péssimo além de caro.
I didn't like the experience, I wouldn't go back, I asked to do the hand and foot, the manicurist who attended to me was totally inexperienced, she didn't know how to remove my cuticle, she even had a defect, said it was too thin, in addition to making me totally uncomfortable in the chair, kept pulling my hand and my foot without any delicacy. They need to better select the professionals to put to work, the service was terrible as well as expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A designer de sobrancelhas Hanna é uma profissional excepcional! Conheci em outro studio e quando soube que ela estava na esmalteria fui até lá. Seria bacana que algumas meninas da equipe aprendessem com a postura dela, pois ficam gritando e falando palavrões na presença das clientes, o que é extremamente desagradável!
The eyebrow designer Hanna is an exceptional professional! I met her at another studio and when I found out she was at the nail salon I went there. It would be nice for some girls on the team to learn from her posture, as they are screaming and swearing in the presence of customers, which is extremely unpleasant!

Não recomendo! Não volto! E sempre que tiver oportunidade farei questão de Não recomendar. Detalhe esmalte de péssima qualidade começou a craquelar. Por ter boas avaliações achei seria uma boa escolha . Péssimo arrependida dinheiro jogado fora.
Terrible! They made a giant "steak" on my foot, it bled a lot even when I got home it bled again!
I do not recommend! I am not coming back! And whenever I have the opportunity, I will make a point of not recommending. Poor quality enamel detail started to crack. Because it has good reviews I thought it would be a good choice. Terribly sorry money wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastei R$ 205,00 nesse estabelecimento, desse valor R$ 80,00 foram pagos por uma esmaltação em gel que deveria durar 15 dias, mas que no outro dia craquelou toda, era só puxar que o esmalte saia inteiro com facilidade, não precisei nem de removedor, fora o péssimo acabamento, unha lixada torta e com rebarbas na parte interna, cutilagem mal feita, cantos das unhas sem esmalte. Escolhi a Esmalteria Nacional pois vi que tinha boa avaliação, paguei caro esperando um bom serviço, porém foi uma decepção, perdi meu dinheiro e tive que viajar com a unha horrível.
I spent R$ 205.00 in this establishment, of which R$ 80.00 was paid for a gel glaze that should have lasted 15 days, but the other day it cracked all, I just had to pull the nail polish off with ease, I didn't need to not even a remover, apart from the bad finish, crooked sanded nail with burrs on the inside, badly cut nails, unglazed nail corners. I chose Esmalteria Nacional because I saw that it had a good rating, I paid dearly expecting a good service, but it was a disappointment, I lost my money and had to travel with a horrible nail.
