★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos muito educados e simpáticos mas no dia do meu evento a profissional atrasou 45 minutos, fez o penteado correndo e ele desmontou antes da festa! Sendo que fizemos um teste (pago) e tinha ficado ótimo e super firme! O penteado tinha trança e não dava para arrumar sem desmontar tudo... Estragou meu evento e minhas fotos!!!
Everyone was very polite and friendly, but on the day of my event, the professional was 45 minutes late, did the hairstyle in a hurry and he took it apart before the party! So we did a test (paid) and it was great and super firm! The hairstyle had a braid and I couldn't fix it without taking it all apart... It ruined my event and my photos!!!

Ela entendeu que eu não gosto de tratamentos que alteram a estrutura do fio e me ofereceu alternativas muito legais, como o Botox de cenoura e sem formol. Ela tbm me orientou devidamente com todo seu conhecimento na área. Recomendo a Carol para qq pessoa de olhos fechados, ela é uma excelente profissional.
My experience with Hairdresser Carol was excellent. She understood that I don't like treatments that change the structure of the wire and offered me very nice alternatives, like carrot Botox and without formaldehyde. She also guided me properly with all her knowledge in the area. I recommend Carol to anyone with their eyes closed, she is an excellent professional.
