Postura das funcionárias inadequadas, gritaria bagunça criança chorando o tempo todo no salão… Minha cunhada Yasmin pagou para alongamento de cílios e foi colado na pele dela, coisa em que qualquer curso ensina que não é a técnica correta de aplicar, ela solicitou a remoção e ainda alegaram que ela teria que pagar pela mesma, um absurdo. Ela pediu o dinheiro de volta conforme o direito do consumidor e simplesmente disseram que não devolvem o dinheiro! AGUARDO UMA RESOLUÇÃO! Att Stefanie Ramos
Terrible attendance! Inadequate employees' posture, screaming messy child crying all the time in the salon... My sister-in-law Yasmin paid for eyelash extensions and it was glued to her skin, something in which any course teaches that it is not the correct technique to apply, she requested the removal and they even claimed that she would have to pay for it, an absurdity. She asked for the money back as per the consumer's right and they simply said they don't refund the money! I WAITING FOR A RESOLUTION! Att Stefanie Ramos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhas foram experiências lamentáveis, saí uma vez com quase tds os dedos com machucados, fui uma segunda vez pra ver se daria certo e foi um pouco menos ruim, desisti das manicures, resolvi tentar a cabeleireira, pedi mechas no cabelo e ela disse que meu cabelo não aguenta, ok, então ela ofereceu uma tintura balalaika sei lá, que disse que ficaria lindo, topei, fiquei três hs no salão, ela aplicou 2 tubos de tinta, lavou meu cabelo, secou com a toalha e disse que tinha terminado, fiquei pasma, perguntei se não ia secar para eu ver o resultado e ela disse que a escova não estava inclusa (190 reais para pintar) pedi pra secar para eu não sair daquele jeito, e ela passou um secador rapidinho e saí de lá com o cabelo molhado, amarrado, horrível !!
Atendimento desumano.
Nails were unfortunate experiences, I went out once with almost all of my fingers with bruises, I went a second time to see if it would work and it was a little less bad, I gave up on manicures, I decided to try the hairdresser, I asked for locks in my hair and she said my hair can't take it, ok, so she offered a balalaika dye I don't know, which she said would be beautiful, I agreed, I stayed in the salon for three hours, she applied 2 tubes of dye, washed my hair, dried it with a towel and said it was over, I was amazed, I asked if it was going to dry so I could see the result and she said the brush was not included (190 reais to paint) I asked it to dry so I wouldn't leave like that, and she quickly dried it and I left there with the wet hair, tied up, horrible !!
