★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Deixei um par de tênis para fazer a colagem da sola, o sapateiro me deu um prazo de 30 dias para a entrega e ainda tive que deixar 50% do valor como sinal. Pois bem ,passaram se mais de 30 dias ,fui buscar o tênis e chegando lá , não sabiam onde estava o meu par de tênis. No mesmo dia ,pouco antes da sapataria fechar liguei e depois de muito tempo ,me atenderam e disseram que acharam o meu tênis porém estava sem arrumar após mais de 30 dias ,foram 35dias pra ser exata. Diante disso , eu falei que queria o tênis e o dinheiro do sinal de volta, que levaria em outro sapateiro pois bem, isso foi quase as 18 horas do dia 03/09 e na sexta feira dia 04/09 as11:00 hs da manhã ,eu estava no trabalho quando o sapateiro mandou um WhatsApp dizendo que o tênis havia ficado pronto.fui buscá-lo após chegar do trabalho e ficou um serviço POOOOORRRCO. TÁ HORRIVEL A COLAGEM. SERVIÇO PESSIMO,DEMORADO E CAAAAARO. SAPATARIA VITÓRIA NUNCA MAIS . NÃO RECOMENDO.?
Terrible. I left a pair of sneakers to glue the sole, the shoemaker gave me 30 days for delivery and I still had to leave 50% of the value as a down payment. Well, more than 30 days passed, I went to get the sneakers and arriving there, they didn't know where my pair of sneakers was. On the same day, just before the shoe store closed I called and after a long time, they answered me and said they found my sneakers but it was unpacked after more than 30 days, 35 days to be exact. Therefore, I said that I wanted the sneakers and the money for the signal back, that I would take it to another shoemaker, well, that was almost 6 pm on September 3rd and on Friday September 4th at 11:00 am ,I was at work when the shoemaker sent a WhatsApp saying that the shoe was ready. I went to pick it up after coming home from work and it was a POOOOORRRCO service. THE COLLAGE IS HORRIBLE. PESSIMO SERVICE, DELAYED AND CAAAAARO. VICTORY SHOES NEVER AGAIN . DO NOT RECOMMEND.?
