★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, só tive problemas com essa empresa. 1. Ao ser instalado o equipamento apresentou problema, esperei por dois meses a substituicao; 2. O aplicativo para acompanhar a geração parou de funcionar, acionei o responsável por minha instalação mas nunca fui atendido; 3. Uma das minhas placas foi danificada, quebrou e não sei o motivo, solicitei orçamento para substituição, para minha surpresa o responsável pela instalação na minha casa mandou que eu procurasse no mercado livre.
Bad service, I just had problems with this company. 1. When installing the equipment had a problem, I waited for two months to replace; 2. The application to follow the generation stopped working, I triggered the responsible for my installation but was never attended; 3. One of my boards was damaged, broke and I don't know why, I requested a replacement quote, to my surprise the person responsible for the installation in my house ordered me to look in the free market.
