★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, paguei no total de 280,00 pra unha de gel ficou grossa horrível, a menina que faz parecia ser a gerente fez correndo, eu marquei pra fazer a unha de gel e a atendente falou que era unha normal, ela pediu pra eu sentar e fez super rápido ou seja de qualquer jeito passou pra outra menina fazer a cutícula e esmaltar ela tirou bife pintou errado ficou várias unhas sem esmaltes no canto horrível.
Péssimo atendimento! Muita conversa paralela sem profissionalismo nenhum. Não reclamei na hora pq sei que não ia adiantar mas eu não recomendo e nunca mais piso os meus pés lá.
Terrible, I paid a total of 280.00 for the nail gel it was horrible thick, the girl who does it seemed to be the manager running, I made an appointment to do the nail gel and the attendant said it was normal nail, she asked me to sit and she did it super fast, or anyway, she passed it to another girl to do the cuticle and glaze, she took off the steak, she painted it wrong, there were several nails without nail polish in the horrible corner.
Terrible attendance! Lots of side talk without any professionalism. I didn't complain at the time because I know it wouldn't do any good but I don't recommend it and I'll never step my feet there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz as unhas na unidade do shopping Santa Cruz, mas como só achei essa página vou fazer minha reclamação por aqui. Atendimento péssimo, a manicure não me deu sequer boa noite, e mal olhava no meu rosto. Ficam o tempo todo de conversa paralela sobre assuntos pessoais, interrompem os procedimentos para fofocar, parecem adolescentes mal educadas se ofendendo, nunca vi tamanha falta de profissionalismo. Uma cliente ao meu lado teve que pedir para que a moça finalizasse o trabalho porque estava com pressa, constrangedor. Sobre o procedimento, a manicure lixou toda torta a minha unha, tirou 2 bifes enormes com o motor, minha unha estava pingando sangue e ela fingindo que não estava vendo, só colocou o pó porque não daria para esmaltar com tanto sangue. Resultado, minha unha inflamou no dia seguinte e passei 3 dias com pus em uma das unhas, nunca mais retorno nessa rede, que pelo visto tem como padrão a falta de respeito pelo cliente.
I did my nails at the Santa Cruz mall, but as I only found this page, I'm going to make my complaint here. Terrible service, the manicurist didn't even say good night, and barely looked at my face. They are all the time in side conversation about personal matters, they interrupt the proceedings to gossip, they look like rude teenagers taking offense, I've never seen such a lack of professionalism. A client next to me had to ask the girl to finish the job because she was in a hurry, embarrassing. About the procedure, the manicurist sanded my nail all crooked, took out 2 huge steaks with the motor, my nail was dripping blood and she was pretending not to see it, she just put the powder because it wouldn't be possible to enamel with so much blood. As a result, my nail ignited the next day and I spent 3 days with pus on one of the nails, never returning to this network, which apparently has the lack of respect for the customer as a default.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, ninguém te olha na cara direito, fiz a francesinha e no mesmo dia descascou sem mexer em água ou algo similar, o dedo do pé com mancha de sangue, pq levei uma bela picotada. A unha por baixo suja de esmalte....um serviço desse por 80,00? Estão de brincadeira né?

Fiz o Alongamento e em menos de 4 dias 3 unhas já caíram. O serviço não é nem um pouco barato é quase R$ 300,00, o mínima que se espera são produtos bons e profissionais que façam o seu serviço com excelência.
Nunca mais volto.

I did the Stretching and in less than 4 days 3 nails have already fallen off. The service is not cheap at all, it is almost R$ 300.00, the least you can expect are good and professional products that do their job with excellence.
Never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, marquei com dias de antecedência pra 10:00 da manhã e so fui atendida as 12:00, so não fui embora porque só tinha um dia de folga.
Sai de lá as 14:30.
E na hora de pagar, fui informada que o valor era diferente do que já haviam me passado.
E ainda sai sem esmaltação e cutilgem.
Sai de lá super insatisfeita e ainda sem o trabalho que fui fazer.
Nunca mais volto lá.
Zero proficionalismo.
Terrible experience, I booked days in advance for 10:00 am and I was only seen at 12:00, so I didn't leave because I only had one day off.
Leave there at 14:30.
And when paying, I was informed that the amount was different from what I had already been given.
And it still comes out without enameling and cutilgem.
I left there super dissatisfied and still without the work I went to do.
I'm never going back there.
Zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que eu fui, me receberam com espumante, tratamento ótimo, fiz alongamento, e ficou horroroso, todas as unhas com barriga, vou deixar as fotos que falam por si.
Me empurraram um pacote de 500 reais, que eu nem tive coragem de usar inteiro.
Quando fui fazer a manutenção, marquei para as 16h, cheguei meia hora antes, e colocaram outra pessoa na minha frente, eu estava lá aguardando, fui atendida mais de 17h, manicure com a simpatia de uma porta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my niece to get our nails done. The service unprofessional, at one point my nail was bleeding because the lady was not looking as she was using the nail drill on my nail. She also saw that I was in pain and that it was bleeding but she did nothing. My niece was very upset leaving as this was her first time getting her nails done professionally and she left with bleeding, sore and chipped nails. I would give this place 0 stars but that's not possible.
