★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. O profissional não soube cortar meu cabelo que e crespo e em transição capilar. Deixou diversas falhas (só pra me ajudar mais ainda nessa fase tão difícil) e ainda cobrou um preço salgado pelo serviço.

I did not like it. The professional did not know how to cut my hair that is curly and in capillary transition. It left several flaws (just to help me even more during this difficult time) and still charged a salty price for the service.

Quando deu 17h, a profissional disse que estava marcado para às 18h e começou a atender outra cliente. Me respondeu rispidamente e não deu outra alternativa. Muito insatisfeita com o atendimento e profissionalismo desse estabelecimento.
They scheduled the wrong time for my appointment. I called twice to make an appointment at 5 pm, I arrived 45 minutes early and confirmed with the counter attendant. When it was 5 pm, the professional said she was scheduled for 6 pm and started to see another client. He answered me sharply and gave no alternative. Very dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of this establishment.
