O local não é muito grande, mas é bem distribuido, dá pra fazer festas com 100 - 120 pessoas tranquilo, talvez até mais dependendo do tipo de evento. O local conta com iluminaçãp de pista (boate) e som próprio, mas acredito que o valor para uso é separado do valor de locação do espaço. Todo o espaço é coberto, mas existe uma parte acima da piscina que fica aberto, mas o legal é que o telhado fecha caso comece a chover.
Great location for parties and events uptown. The venue isn't very big, but it's well distributed, you can have parties with 100 - 120 people, quiet, maybe even more depending on the type of event. The place has dancefloor lighting (nightclub) and its own sound, but I believe that the value for use is separate from the value for renting the space. The entire space is covered, but there is a part above the pool that is open, but the cool thing is that the roof closes if it starts to rain.
