Pois bem aluguei a casa no dia 6/03/2022,fui lá na casa pessoalmente conhecer o local como combinado por Watts com o Sr° fabiolo,chegando lá nos mostrou a casa ,e fechamos para o dia 26/03/22( única data disponível no mês de março) , então o Sr° fabiolo falou que tinha que dar metade do valor na hora da locação ou seja 300,00 porque ficou 600,00 o restante 300,00 informou que pagaria no dia,ele me passou o pix em nome de " Cristina" ,e fiz o pix de 300,00 ali na frente dele,e logo lhe enviei o comprovante para o watts dele,até aí ok fomos embora.um dia antes da data que estava combinada a locação ,dia 25/03/2022(sexta),mandei mensagem pro Sr° fabiolo por watts, perguntando se tava tudo certo pra amanhã,ou seja se estava tudo certo para o dia 26, ele estava online , não visualizou a mensagem,e só depois de um tempo vi que ele visualizou e não respondeu,ou seja te ignoram,como vi que ele não respondeu, continuei mandando mensagem fazendo perguntas,de qual horário era pra estar lá,se o fogão funcionava,aí ele respondeu ok,finalizei a conversa falando que as 10 horas estarei lá, quando foi quase 20:00 da noite no mesmo dia ( sexta) ,ele sr° fabiolo me manda um áudio , falando que houve um problema, que ele tinha recebido uma ordem de perturbação de ordem,que as pessoas que alugaram na sexta estavam com o som muito alto,que tinha ido polícia, guarda municipal,e que ele não ia arriscar alugar porque ele poderia receber uma multa de 5 mil reais ,e que estaria cancelando as locações de sábado e domingo ( 26 e 27 de março) , que na segunda iria na prefeitura resolver isso,e que se eu queria o dinheiro de volta ou queria deixar pra alugar outro dia,meu marido ligou pra ele não atendeu,mandou mensagem falando que agente não iria levar som,que só queríamos curtir a piscina, mesmo assim ele foi irredutível, falando que iria cancelar a locação, então diante desse transtorno ,pedimos o dinheiro de volta, porque ficamos na mão,já tava tudo arrumado pra gente ir no sábado,as pessoas que combinamos tinham vindo de São Paulo pra passar o dia com agente,e acontece isso,ficamos muito chateados porque esperamos bastante dias depois que pagámos,e aconteceu isso, então não confiamos mais em alugar novamente, e para nós não é mais viável até porque a previsão é só chuva, então queremos o dinheiro de volta, passei o meu pix,e ele falou que iria devolver,bom até a presente data( 01/04/22) não devolveram nada,toda hora é uma desculpa,fala que tem que ir no banco que teria que ser conta da caixa, passei o número da minha conta,coisa que se resolve em segundos fazendo pix, assim como fiz o pix ,eles não querem fazer, continuam ignorando as mensagens e não atende ligações,falou que não depende dele,sendo que eu aluguei com ele ,as postagens no face é dele,e agora ele joga pra outra pessoa,já tem uma semana essa enrolação,fica aqui minha indignação,a pessoa prefere se queimar por causa de 300,00, eu não tenho que dar dinheiro pra uma coisa que não usufruir ,fora o transtorno que passamos, então antes de alugarem casa não caiam nessa de pagar antes de ir, engraçado que eles pedem a metade do valor como forma de segurança pra não cancelarem e eles ficarem no prejuízo,mas quando eles cancelam e somos lesados, não devolvem o dinheiro na hora né!

Well, I rented the house on 03/6/2022, I went to the house personally to see the place as agreed by Watts with Mr. fabiolo, arriving there he showed us the house, and we closed for the day 03/26/22 (only date available in March), so Mr. fabiolo said that he had to give half the amount at the time of the lease, that is, 300.00 because it was 600.00, the remaining 300.00 informed that he would pay on the day, he gave me the pix in the name of "Cristina", and I made the pix of 300.00 there in front of him, and then I sent him the receipt to his watts, until then ok we left. 03/25/2022 (Friday), I sent a message to Mr. fabiolo by watts, asking if everything was ok for tomorrow, that is, if everything was ok for the 26th, he was online, he did not see the message, and only after for a while I saw that he viewed and did not respond, that is, they ignore you, as I saw that he did not respond, I kept sending messages asking questions, what time was he supposed to be there, if he was The door was working, then he replied ok, I ended the conversation saying that I will be there at 10 am, when it was almost 8 pm on the same day (Friday), he mr fabiolo sends me an audio, saying that there was a problem, that he had received a disturbance order, that the people who rented on Friday were very loud, that the police, municipal guard had gone, and that he would not risk renting because he could receive a fine of 5 thousand reais, and that I would be canceling the Saturday and Sunday rentals (March 26th and 27th), that on Monday I would go to the city hall to solve this, and that if I wanted the money back or wanted to leave it for rent another day, my husband called him no answered, sent a message saying that the agent would not bring sound, that we just wanted to enjoy the pool, even so he was irreducible, saying that he would cancel the lease, so in the face of this inconvenience, we asked for the money back, because we were in hand, it was already everything set for us to go on Saturday, the people s that we agreed had come from São Paulo to spend the day with an agent, and this happens, we were very upset because we waited a lot of days after we paid, and this happened, so we no longer trust in renting again, and for us it is no longer viable until because the forecast is just rain, so we want the money back, I passed my pix, and he said he would return it, well until the present date (01/04/22) they have not returned anything, it is always an excuse, he says that you have to go to the bank, which would have to be the cashier's account, I gave my account number, which is resolved in seconds by doing a pix, just like I did with the pix, they don't want to do it, they keep ignoring messages and don't answer calls, he said that doesn't depend on him, since I rented it from him, the posts on Facebook are his, and now he plays it for someone else, it's been a week this mess, here's my indignation, the person prefers to get burned because of 300.00 , I don't have to give money for something I don't enjoy, apart from the inconvenience that What we went through, so before renting a house, don't fall for this thing about paying before you go, funny that they ask for half the amount as a form of security so they don't cancel and they're at a loss, but when they cancel and we're injured, they don't refund the money right on time!
