★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é a segunda que uso os serviços da gráfica mas o atendimento e o designer gráfico deixa a desejar, tive a impressão de ser uma pessoa comum esperando vc dizer o que ela fazer. Foi assim meu atendimento. Parece que está atendendo vários pedidos ao mesmo tempo. Não cria absolutamente nada novo, não presta atenção nas mudanças pedidas. Fiquei extremamente estressada dessa vez pela falta total de compromisso. Não fiquei satisfeita e deixei como estava pq não tinha mais energia para continuar.
It's the second time I use the services of the graphic designer but the service and the graphic designer leave something to be desired, I had the impression of being an ordinary person waiting for you to tell her what to do. That was my service. It looks like it's fulfilling multiple requests at the same time. It creates absolutely nothing new, pays no attention to the requested changes. I was extremely stressed this time by the total lack of commitment. I wasn't satisfied and left it as it was because I didn't have the energy to continue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar , fazem tudo errado erraram duas vezes no meu material e colocaram a culpa em mim. Ou seja o cliente tem razão e saímos como errados e quando questionamos não gostam.
Nunca mais faço pedido nenhum aí nesse lugar e também não indico.
Bad place, they do everything wrong, they got my material wrong twice and blamed me. In other words, the customer is right and we leave as wrong and when we question they don't like it.
I will never order anything from there again and I don't recommend it either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento WhatsApp muito demorado. Designer não presta atenção nas mensagens e foi perdido tempo demais. Trabalho de designer muuuuito amador, a pessoa responsável não olha nem o básico foi muito irritante. Só me estressei, material veio cortado torto.
WhatsApp service took a long time. Designer doesn't pay attention to messages and too much time was wasted. Soooo amateur designer work, the person in charge doesn't even look at the basics was very annoying. I was just stressed, material came cut crookedly.

O atendente me prometeu um prazo quando fiz o pedido “com urgência” e depois alegou que fosse mentira um absurdo.!!!
Depois de tanta confusão que não foi pouca, o dono me ligou e alegou não faltar pedidos.
Enfim não fui atendida e ainda bloqueada.
Mais devolveram meu dinheiro.
Todos que conheço reclamam da mesma coisa.
Demora no atendimento em todos os sentidos.
Acho que é pelo fato de ter muitos pedidos como me foi dito!??♀️??♀️
Super slow service at all stages, I had a horrible experience, I hope no one goes through the same because it was terrible!
The attendant promised me a deadline when I made the order “urgently” and then claimed that it was an absurd lie.!!!
After so much confusion that was not little, the owner called me and claimed not to miss orders.
Anyway, I was not answered and still blocked.
But they returned my money.
Everyone I know complains about the same thing.
Delay in service in every way.
I think it's because I have so many requests as I was told!??♀️??♀️
