★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma clínica veterinária e pet shopping porém não faz exames ,tem um veterinário mas funciona mais como loja.para casos leves é bom mas não pra emergências.deixa muito a desejar
 It is a veterinary clinic and pet shopping but it does not do tests, it has a veterinarian but it works more like a store. For mild cases it is good but not for emergencies.

Clinics very well located, fast service and fair price. I remember my cat to do castration and I will indicate to whoever needs to do the same with their pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei quantos animais o Dr Afrânio salvou porque são muitos, é claro q toda cirurgia tem seus riscos de morte e se o animal vier a morrer tenho certeza q ele fez o possível. Pois conheço o Dr Afrânio de muitos anos e já levei muitos animais pra lá por isso sei o q estou falando. O Dr Afrânio é toda sua equipe tem minha simpatia e amizade.
I don't know how many animals Dr Afrânio saved because there are so many, it is clear that every surgery has its risks of death and if the animal dies I am sure he did his best. Because I know Dr Afrânio for many years and I already took many animals there so I know what I'm talking about. Dr Afrânio is his whole team and has my sympathy and friendship.

It was the first time I went to this clinic, 3 cats were neutered. I liked it a lot. Very good service and very affordable price.

Só não abri B.O porque passou muito tempo lá e não dava mais pra fazer exame e ter algum laudo(ele não quis dizer a quantidade usada de anestesia). Suspeito que o veterinário (dono da clínica) tenha colocado dose elevada de anestesia, porque nem pesou o gato direito. O atendimento também é ruim demais.
Não sabem atender bem os clientes, tratam como se fóssemos burros e são secos'. Estou espantada com alguns comentários dizendo que o veterinário Afrânio é ótimo e que são super educados. Não são!
Minha recomendação é não levar seu pet para consultas, muito menos cirurgias.
Terrible! I took my cat to neuter and he died. ?
I just didn’t open B.O because he spent a lot of time there and I couldn’t take an exam and have a report (he didn’t mean the amount of anesthesia used). I suspect that the veterinarian (owner of the clinic) put a high dose of anesthesia, because he didn't even weigh the right cat. The service is also too bad.
They do not know how to serve customers well, they treat us like donkeys and they are dry '. I am amazed by some comments saying that the veteran Afrânio is great and that they are super polite. They are not!
My recommendation is not to take your pet for consultations, much less surgery.

Levei minha cadela para fazer a castração, eles são super grosseiros, começando da mulher que atende. O Dr Afrânio é insensível aos animais, grosseiro e seco. Não demonstra um pingo de amor ou pelo menos carinho pelos os bichos, foi irresponsável ao tirar os pontos da minha cadela, antes da cicatrização. A cirurgia da cachorrinha abriu e ela passou semanas com dor e febre. Tive que levar em outra clínica veterinária, gastar mais que o triplo do valor, para tentar salvar a vida dela! NÃO LEVEM SEUS BICHOS LÁ, ELES IRÃO MORRER! SÃO PESSOAS QUE TRABALHAM SEM AMOR E SÓ VISAM O DINHEIRO. Uma turma de irresponsáveis!
Bad experience! If you love your pet, don't take him there!
I took my dog to do the castration, they are super rude, starting with the woman who attends. Dr Afrânio is insensitive to animals, coarse and dry. He doesn't show an ounce of love or at least affection for the animals, he was irresponsible in removing the stitches from my dog, before healing. The puppy's surgery opened and she spent weeks with pain and fever. I had to take it to another veterinary clinic, spend more than triple the amount, to try to save her life! DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS THERE, THEY WILL DIE! THEY ARE PEOPLE WHO WORK WITHOUT LOVE AND ONLY AIM FOR MONEY. A bunch of irresponsible people!

Excellent service and affordable prices, especially for neutering animals. I have neutered 3 cats and all had excellent recovery. Dr. Afrânio is also a great professional, always considering the best for the pet. Absolutely recommend.
