Estou tentando visitar o espaço e matricular minha filha mas nunca consigo visitar pq são muito difíceis de receber clientes. Sinceramente eu nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim! Já peguei orçamento é só queria pra matricular mesmo e conhecer o ambiente mas está muito complicado. São 3 horas de almoço!! 3 horas em um lugar que deveria sempre ter atendimento. Não sei se já estão com alunos suficientes e não querem fechar mais alunos né. A impressão que dá é essa. Tô pensando seriamente se ainda quero conhecer pq para mim fechar em algum lugar eu avalio todo o serviço. Desde o atendimento até a finalização. O atendimento para mim é bem ruim!
I don't know about the swimming itself and the teachers but the service is pretty bad. I'm trying to visit the space and enroll my daughter but I can never visit because they are very difficult to receive customers. Honestly, I've never seen such bad service! I already got a quote and I just wanted to register and get to know the environment but it's very complicated. It's 3 hours of lunch!! 3 hours in a place that should always have service. I don't know if they already have enough students and they don't want to close more students. This is the impression it gives. I'm seriously thinking if I still want to know because for me to close somewhere I evaluate the whole service. From service to completion. The customer service is pretty bad for me!
