Lousy service, not for lack of cordiality but for lack of service itself. When contacting by phone, they talk to make contact via whatsapp and when looking for whatsapp, they simply do not respond anymore.

Worst post-sale in Brazil, I'm almost 2 months trying to solve a simple chair purchase. The company has no commitment to the customer, a total neglect. First and last purchase at flexform. It doesn't even deserve a star. I only added it because it is mandatory.
