★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, desorganização total. O agendamento, na prática,não existe. Pessoas que chegaram depois de mim passaram na minha frente. Salvo é o atendimento das médicas que são super gente boa e atenciosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já trabalhei em clinica de saúde ocupacional e sei como o ambiente é bem caótico, mas né surpreendi. Clinica muito organizada, fui bem atendida desde a recepção até a sala do médico. Estão de parabéns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que melhorar muito na questão de chamar os pacientes na ordem certas, pois vi pessoas que chegaram depois irem embora primeiro , e fazendo os mesmo exames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma demora absurda para poder realizar qualquer tipo de exame. Você agenda de um horário, é atendido pela recepção em outra hora e só faz o exame 2 horas depois. Um absurdo. Fora isto, o ambiente é climatizado por ar condicionado. Espaço pequeno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demora bastante, levei 3 horas pra ser atendida e a enfermeira ainda me furou com o bisel para baixo, ficou bem roxo no local e sem falar que dói mais, quem é da área sabe que o bisel é sempre virado pra cima.

Uma verdadeira falta de respeito com o paciente. Demorei 3 horas pra realizar um exame demissional, exame que a realizado em 10 minutos. Além do mais, o lugar estava lotado, e os ares-condicionados velhos não funcionam, ou seja, além de esperar muito, você esperará no calor! Poderiam marcar horário, seria mais produtivo e menos estressante para todos.

Não existe agendamento, você chega lá e espera ser chamado de acordo com a ordem de chegada.
Se tem compromisso desmarque, sem previsões assertivas de quanto tempo ficará por lá.
Local pequeno, aceitam dezenas de pacientes por dia, mas não tem cadeiras suficientes, em pleno COVID 19 você se aglomera em pé com outras pessoas e quando está sentado no atendimento da recepção tem sempre alguém em cima de você pedindo senha para a atendente pois eles não tem uma simples máquina de senha.
Ar condicionado mais velho que andar pra frente, não gela quase nada, vendo ele me deu vontade de doar um novo para essa clínica.

Air conditioning older than walking forward, it doesn't freeze at all, seeing it made me want to donate a new one to this clinic.
