★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante a compra foi tudo certo. Tive um bom suporte com diversas explicações detalhadas do produto e instalação (Forro de PVC). – Muito grato ao João do setor de vendas, que me recebeu três vezes na loja e me atendeu várias vezes por telefone.
O único detalhe é que o adicional no pagamento com cartão (crédito ou débito fica muito evidente o que causa alguma chateação a quem compra).
Na escolha de um acabamento complementar (fita na cor e padrão do forro escolhido) o auxilio da Dona Regina foi fundamental. Tratava-se de um detalhe não muito usual, mas o atendimento do Espaço do Acabamento foi excelente.
Os produtos foram entregues e estava tudo certo até a véspera da instalação quando descobrimos um problema em uma pequena parte das peças.
Novamente tivemos um suporte pós venda ímpar, do Espaço do Acabamento, na figura da Dona Regina.
Todo o alinhamento com a fábrica foi feita por ela e as novas peças devem chegar em breve.
Sem dúvida uma excelente revenda. Muito grato Dona Regina. Muito grato a todos do Espaço do Acabamento.
During the purchase everything was ok. I had good support with several detailed explanations of the product and installation (PVC lining). – Very grateful to João from the sales department, who received me three times in the store and answered me several times by phone.
The only detail is that the additional payment with card (credit or debit is very evident which causes some annoyance to those who buy).
When choosing a complementary finish (tape in the color and pattern of the chosen lining) the help of Dona Regina was fundamental. It was an unusual detail, but the service provided by the Finishing Area was excellent.
The products were delivered and everything was fine until the day before installation when we discovered a problem with a small part of the parts.
Once again, we had an unparalleled after-sales support, from Espaço do Acabamento, in the figure of Dona Regina.
All alignment with the factory was done by her and the new parts should arrive soon.
