Ganhou quatro estrelas porque mereceu. O ambiente é bastante simples e acolhedor. Possui um tanque para a criançada se divertir e um espaço para a família se confraternizar. E é isso: um espaço onde você pode reservar para os seus principais eventos como: reuniões, aniversários, confraternizações, etc. Contudo, há de se observar que o espaço não comporta muita gente, tá? Trinta pessoas já tumultua o ambiente. Existe um espaço para a cozinha, dotado de fogão, geladeira e freezer. O espaço também dispõe de um banheiro e um quarto para socorrer algum necessitado.
Sobre os valores de aluguel, acredito que estão um tanto salgadinhos. Mas dentro do esperado para o local.
Ah, outra coisa: não há lugar para estacionar os carros. Seus carangos terão que ficar na rua. E não possui acesso fácil para cadeirantes. Mas o lugar é bastante reservado e acolhedor.
Dessa feita, o Espaço Dunas mereceu cada estrelinha oferecida por mim.
Guys, I liked the place.
It got four stars because it deserved it. The atmosphere is quite simple and welcoming. It has a pool for the kids to have fun and a space for the family to socialize. And that's it: a space where you can book for your main events such as: meetings, birthdays, get-togethers, etc. However, it should be noted that the space does not hold many people, ok? Thirty people already disturb the environment. There is a space for the kitchen, equipped with a stove, fridge and freezer. The space also has a bathroom and a room to help someone in need.
About the rent values, I believe they are a bit salty. But as expected for the location.
Oh, another thing: there is no place to park the cars. Your carangos will have to stay on the street. And it does not have easy access for wheelchair users. But the place is quite reserved and cozy.
This time, Espaço Dunas deserved every little star offered by me.
