★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima educação da funcionaria que atendeu o telefone, liguei para saber se tinha uma peça de roupa antes de me deslocar 40km para comprar e ter o perigo de não ter, disseram que iriam olhar e me deixaram quase 10 minutos esperando enquanto ouvia a funcionaria conversando, a ligação caiu e liguei novamente e nem atenderam mais o telefone, péssimo relacionamento com o cliente, e é que eu iria comprar mais de três peças! Não volto mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não parece ser uma loja no padrão hering! Produto enviado errado, descaso com o cliente para trocar o produto. Por ligação grita e corta a conversa não deixa falar. Péssima loja. A Hering tem que tomar atividades sérias pois está manchando a sua imagem.
