★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei surpresa com o preço aqui no Brasil, pois a diferença para os EUA não é tão grande quanto outros produtos importados. Na loja do Iguatemi Fortaleza o atendimento é excelente! Funcionários que conhecem bem o produto, simpáticos e disponíveis. Recomendo demais!
 I was surprised by the price here in Brazil, because the difference to the USA is not as big as other imported products. At the Iguatemi Fortaleza store the service is excellent! Staff who know the product well, friendly and available. I highly recommend it!

Mas o fato dos provadores femininos e masculinos serem os mesmos,sem separação, achei muito ruim.

As(os) funcionária(o)s simplesmente ignoraram nossa presença na loja. Uma vendedora que recolocava as roupas logo na entrada sequer boa tarde nos deu.
Após pedirmos para sermos atendidos, com bastante má vontade uma vendedora veio.
Enfim
Não fosse a qualidade das calças que de fato é maravilhosa e os preços que justificam bastante o custo beneficio, não teríamos ficado ali.
Uma pena que uma marca tão boa tenha vendedores antipáticos, grosseiros, mal educados.

The employees simply ignored our presence in the store. A sales clerk who replaced the clothes right at the entrance even good afternoon gave us.
After we asked to be taken care of, with some ill-will a saleswoman came.
Anyway
Were it not for the quality of the pants that are in fact wonderful and the prices that justify the cost benefit, we would not have stayed there.
A pity that such a good brand has unfriendly, rude, uneducated sellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja deixa o cliente à vontade. Precisando tirar dúvida sobre algum artigo, logo chega um vendedor. Pessoal atencioso. A loja tem uma promoção muito interessante: se o cliente resolver comprar pelo menos três artigos, ele ganha 20% de desconto no preço de cada um deles. A loja é grande e bem sortida. Mas constatei que o estoque está incompleto na parte de calças jeans básicas masculinas.
This store puts the customer at ease. Needing to clarify doubts about an article, a seller soon arrives. Attentive staff. The store has a very interesting promotion: if the customer decides to buy at least three items, he gets a 20% discount on the price of each one. The store is large and well assorted. But I found that the stock is incomplete in the basic men's jeans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das maiores lojas da Levi’s, se não for a maior da grande região metropolitana.
O atendimento é bastante desapegado, o que é bom, assim não fica vendedores em nosso pé. Apesar da grande variedade das peças, não tem uma rápida reposição para certos tamanhos, sobrando aqueles com menos saída. Talvez foi só azar meu no dia em que visitei.
As promoções são ótimas, quanto mais peças, maior o desconto. Possui alguns provadores que mesmo a loja sem muito movimento, tive que esperar na fila.
No mais, recomendo bastante pela qualidade das roupas.
One of Levi’s largest stores, if not the largest in the greater metropolitan area.
The service is very detached, which is good, so there are no salespeople on our side. Despite the wide variety of parts, there is no quick replacement for certain sizes, leaving those with less output. Maybe it was just my bad luck the day I visited.
The promotions are great, the more pieces, the greater the discount. It has some tasters that even the store without much movement, I had to wait in line.
For the rest, I highly recommend it for the quality of the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores experiências que já tive em uma loja da Levi’s. Vendedor rude, ignorante, respondeu minhas perguntas com ironia, e quando eu pedi pra ver uma numeração ele não mostrou, só apontou para o lado masculino da loja.
Eu não chamei ele pra me atender, ele que me abordou assim que entrei. Preferia ter visto sozinho do que ter sido destratado dessa forma. Não pretendo voltar mais à loja.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Levi’s store. Rude, ignorant salesman answered my questions with irony, and when I asked to see a number he didn't show it, just pointed to the male side of the store.
I didn't call him to answer me, he approached me as soon as I entered. I would rather have seen it alone than have been treated that way. I don't intend to go back to the store anymore.

Não houve atendimento telefônico, inúmeras ligações não foram suficientes e nestas mesmas ligações, foi desligado na cara o telefone. Tal atitude mostra a falta de comprometimento da gerência e vendedores com a empresa e clientes.
When calling the store, in the case of Outlet Caucaia.
There was no telephone service, numerous calls were not enough and in these same calls, the phone was disconnected in the face. Such an attitude shows the lack of commitment of management and salespeople with the company and customers.
