★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma primeira experiência bacana. Voltei a comprar, mas foi um DESASTRE (produto mal projetado, não respeitou os prazos, não cumprem horários de montagem, não atendem nem respondem mensagem). Detalhe: móvel de quarto de bebê, nos deixando bastante estressados. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA LOJA.

Estamos indo para Fevereiro de 2021 e a cozinha incompleta, o acabamento do que está aqui em casa é vergonhoso, não vale o preço absurdo que pagamos! Quebraram o piso da minha cozinha e aqui está sem resolução nenhuma. Bonito é ver ainda as pessoas que trabalham na loja dando 5 estrelas aqui. Não recomendo pra ninguém!
I have been waiting for my kitchen furniture since December 2020. We are going to February 2021 and the kitchen is incomplete, the finish of what is here at home is shameful, it is not worth the absurd price we paid! They broke the floor of my kitchen and here it has no resolution. It is beautiful to see the people who work at the store giving 5 stars here. I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim, fiz um contrato em fevereiro/21 para ambientação da minha sala e quartos, prometeram que em 35 dias úteis eu teria meus móveis, mas muito depois dos 35 dias começaram a mandar por partes e foram montando, após montar um dos quartos, o rapaz parava, esperava até entregarem outro quarto e assim por diante. Estamos em 13 de julho e até agora as portas do meu guarda-roupa com espelho não foram entregues e não dão notícias, eu tenho que ficar perguntando o tempo todo. Além das portas do guarda-roupa ficaram me devendo duas peças de MDF da minha cozinha e até agora estão se fazendo de desentendidos. São muito irresponsáveis, não tratam o cliente com respeito, essa é minha avaliação.

They are very irresponsible, they do not treat the customer with respect, this is my assessment.
