A região conta com vários restaurantes bem próximos.
O estacionamento comporta poucos carros mas existem estacionamentos particulares nas proximidades.
Local com ar condicionado e com um terraço ao ar livre bem grande. O inconveniente fica apenas para as escadas, não havendo acesso a deficientes.

A janela escura torna o ambiente um pouco mais claustrofóbico, porque você fica sem noção do tempo ou se está claro ou escuro, se está dia ou noite.

Para almoço há o shopping ao lado, um restaurante por quilo em frente e também uma lanchonete em frente, além de uma churrascaria. Além de ser perto do metrô e da Paulista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um super espaço muito legal, bem localizado numa parte privilegiada de São Paulo, e bem organizado, tem uma estrutura própria para treinamentos, entrada e saída dos usuários me pareceu muito bem controlada.
Precisa dá uma atenção especial a manutenção nos banheiros, coisa que acredito já terem superadas, no mais tudo bem!
