★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento impecável, te tratam feito princesa, a lavagem no cabelo é uma delícia, super relaxante, te deixam muito confortável e a vontade, oferecem café e champanhe, todos os serviços são incríveis (manicure, escova, corte, tratamento nos fios, morena iluminada), os profissionais são de muita confiança e trabalham com ótimas marcas. Enfim, recomendo de olhos fechados! Um beijo a toda equipe ❤️
Impeccable service, they treat you like a princess, the hair wash is a delight, super relaxing, they make you very comfortable and at ease, they offer coffee and champagne, all the services are incredible (manicure, brush, cut, hair treatment, lit brunette ), the professionals are very reliable and work with great brands. All in all, I recommend it with my eyes closed! A kiss to the whole team ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito simpáticos e atenciosos mas querem mais tirar dinheiro do bolso do cliente doque entregar o trabalho . Fui até o salão para fazer um retoque de raiz para passar as festas de fim de ano ( inicio de dezembro ) eles me enfiaram todos os tratamentos possiveis no salado que foi um total de 1.600 reais, menos oque eu fui procurar .
Paguei o valor do tal cronograma e shampoo e tudo que tinha direito a vista , passei 1 mês inteiro indo até o salao para fazer o tal cronograma e nada doque eu pedi estava sendo feito que pra mim já estava incluso na pintura da minha RAIZ pois foi oque eu fui buscar.
O Lucas me disse que só seria feito em janeiro , e como minha intenção era passar o fim de ano sem raiz , resolvi trocar a ideia para algo mais fácil e rápido de fazer . faltando um dia para pintar a prometida raiz eles me cobram mais 600 reais pra fazer oque desde o inicio do mês eu achei que estava pago . Faltam 3 dias para o Natal e estou com o cabelo cheio de produtos que eu não pedi , cheia de shampoo e cremes que não precisava e com minha raiz enorme .
Resumo pedi o ressarcimento do valor
Vão me devolver 150 ( ou seja não foi cobrado oque eu pedi pra fazer , apenas oque eles acharam que eu precisava ) .
Péssima experiência, jamais vou indicar para alguém.
Very friendly and attentive, but they want more to take money from the client's pocket than deliver the work. I went to the salon to make a clean touch to spend the end of year festivities (beginning of December) they put me all possible treatments in the salad which was a total of 1,600 reais, less what I went looking for.
I paid the amount of the schedule and shampoo and everything I was entitled to, I spent 1 whole month going to the salon to make the schedule and nothing I asked for was being done, which for me was already included in the painting of my ROOT because it was what I went to get.
Lucas told me that it would only be done in January, and as my intention was to spend the end of the year without roots, I decided to change the idea to something easier and faster to do. one day missing to paint the promised root they charge me 600 reais to do what I thought was paid since the beginning of the month. It's 3 days until Christmas and my hair is full of products that I didn't ask for, full of shampoo and creams that I didn't need and with my huge root.
Summary I asked for reimbursement of the value
They will give me back 150 (that is, I was not charged for what I asked to do, only what they thought I needed).
Bad experience, I will never recommend it to anyone.

Very good location and easy to find, valet parking, receptionist will introduce you to your hairdresser and while you waiting you'll have a chance to taste a delicious Brazilian coffee or tea, there's fresh drinks as well. Super cozy place with comfortable chairs, lighting and beautiful environment. Honest professionals, who will give you a hair plan according to what your hair needs and can handle, this is wonderful, because you can just relax knowing that your treatment will make you even more gorgeous. I go once a year to Brazil and do my treatments. Afterwards I just follow the advice from Leo (owner) and do my own treatments at home and literally have the durability for the entire year. Leo lived in America for while and he does have a English skills. I love you guys and I wish you a very successful career. Kisses
O atendimento é implacável e carinhoso. Local muito facil de se achar, estacionamento com manobrista, recepçao com cafesinho, cha ou bebidas frescas, cadeiras mega confortáveis, iluminaçao e ambiente lindo. Profissionais SINCEROS, que te darão um plano capilar de acordo com o que seu cabelo precisa e pode aguentar, isso é maravilhoso, pois voce adquire uma confiança enorme ao ponto de sentar na cadeira e literalmente relaxar e deixar os meninos (as) fazerem a magica. Vou uma unica vez ao Brasil e faço meus tratamentos e cuidados de acordo com as dicas e conselhos do Leo. Os tratamentos feitos no meu cabelo tem literalmente a durabilidade para o ano inteiro. MARAVILHOSOS e indico sempre. Sucesso queridos
