Paguei mais caro do que costumo pagar e ainda saí com a unha mal limpa e toda marcada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho muitos problemas quando vou lá. É muita lavação de roupa entre as manicures na frente da clientela. Fechei um pacote mas a partir de hoje não volto mais. Agradeço apenas a Daniela gerente e a Noélia. Kelly Nogueira invista em treinamentos e uma remuneração bacana para suas funcionárias, são elas que deveriam cuidar de suas clientes e infelizmente isso não acontece.
I have a lot of problems when I go there. There is a lot of washing between the manicures in front of the clientele. I closed a package but as of today I will not return. I just thank Daniela the manager and Noélia. Kelly Nogueira invests in training and a nice remuneration for her employees, they are the ones who should take care of her clients and unfortunately that doesn't happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odiei esse lugar, primeiro que cheguei no horário e fui atendida 45 minutos depois, além de ficar com o pé horrível, nem tiraram as cutículas direito, e ainda a manicure só tava preocupada em me vender pacotes.
I hated this place, first I arrived on time and was seen 45 minutes later, in addition to having a horrible foot, they didn't even remove the cuticles properly, and the manicurist was only concerned with selling me packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Fui para retirar meu banho de gel, e sai com os dedos todos machucados. Falta de cuidado e qualificação. Fora a bagunça do estabelecimento, os clientes ficam jogados. NÃO RECOMENDO! PAGUEI PARA FICAR 100% INSATISFEITA.
Terrible experience! I went to remove my gel bath, and came out with all bruised fingers. Lack of care and qualification. Aside from the mess of the establishment, customers are thrown. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I PAID TO BE 100% DISSATISFIED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do alongamento mas fazer a unha ( tirar cutícula e esmaltação ) foi péssimo.pagar R$35 pra sair com a unha cheia de cutícula. A "profissional fez minhas mãos em no Max 20 minutos , muito mal feita. Não volto mais , não indico .
I liked the stretching but doing the nail (cuticle removal and enamelling) was terrible. Paying R$35 to go out with a full cuticle nail. The "professional made my hands in Max 20 minutes, very poorly done. I won't be back, I don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais, estava no shopping e pensei vou aproveitar e fazer as unhas aqui, cheguei as 13:00 agendei para 14: 20, e nada da manicure, esperei mais de 30 minutos, um cheiro insuportável de queimado do quiosque da frente, achei de tremenda mal educação dos dois locais, praticamente dizendo ao cliente, vá embora e não volte. ?
Never again, I was at the mall and I thought I'm going to enjoy doing my nails here, I arrived at 1:00 pm, I scheduled for 2:20 pm, and no manicure, I waited more than 30 minutes, an unbearable burning smell from the front kiosk, I thought it was tremendous rudeness from the two locations, practically telling the customer, leave and don't come back. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que se pode dar a um cliente vc encontra nesse lugar. Fui fazer as unhas as 18h30, e a moça avisou que a loja estava fechando, sendo que, aos domingos a informação é de funcionamento até as 20hrs. Mal educadas, grossas e arrogantes são as profissionais que ali trabalham. Não recomendo.
Worst customer service you can find here. I went to get my nails done at 6:30 pm, and the girl told me that the store was closing, and on Sundays the information is open until 8 pm. Badly educated, rude and arrogant are the professionals who work there. I do not recommend.
