★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na unidade Tietê no dia 02/10. Eu tinha horário marcado. Estava lotado, me colocaram pra ser atendida numa poltrona nos fundos, onde eu precisava ficar "dando licença" pras pessoas poderem acessar o bebedouro e pegar agua.
Fui atendida super rápido, tão rápido que fiquei com a sensação de serviço meia boca. Parecia que queriam se livrar de mim logo... não gostei...
De que adianta marcar horário se te enfiam em qualquer lugar e de qualquer jeito? poderiam ter dito que não havia disponibilidade para o horário.
 I went to the Tietê unit on 10/02. I had an appointment. It was crowded, they put me in an armchair in the back to be attended, where I needed to be "giving leave" so that people could access the drinking fountain and get water.
I was served super fast, so fast that I got the feeling of half mouth service. It seemed they wanted to get rid of me soon... I didn't like it...
What's the use of making an appointment if you're stuck anywhere and in any way? they could have said that there was no time available.

De início fizeram o agendamento de unha simples, sendo que faria a manutenção de fibra de vidro. A profissional não tinha os materiais adequados. O serviço não foi feito da maneira correta. Ficou com acabamento extremamente grosseiro. Eu tirei no mesmo dia. Fora que o atendimento feito pela gerente foi péssimo, ela nem olhou no meu rosto em nenhum momento. Entendo que o valor de shopping é acima, mas nesse local, não faz sentido pagar nem a metade. Não recomendo para ninguém! Sinceramente nem sei como o local consegue se manter com esse tipo de serviço!

At first, they did the simple nail scheduling, and the fiberglass maintenance would be done. The professional did not have the appropriate materials. The service was not done correctly. It had an extremely rough finish. I took it the same day. Apart from that the service provided by the manager was terrible, she didn't even look at my face at any time. I understand that the mall price is above, but at this location, it doesn't make sense to pay even half. I don't recommend it to anyone! Honestly, I don't even know how the place manages to maintain itself with this kind of service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na unidade do Shopping Tucuruvi ontem 11/11/21 marquei pé e mão, lá tive a infelicidade de inventar de fazer o spa dos pés simples e me arrependo infinitamente.
A Manicure e Pedicure arrancaram alguns “bifes” dos meus dedos, e em outros deixou a cutícula aparecendo além de não passar base antes de começar a usar o esmalte, ela apenas lixou e não alinhou as unhas; estava com umas maiores que a outra e assim permanecem, os produtos são tão ruins que depois de mais de 20 minutos; isso que ainda ficou secando enquanto aguardava terminar o serviço da pedicure, o esmalte não tinha sequer secado direito, tive que remover ao chegar em casa além de sair de lá com meus dedos ainda sangrando misturado com o esmalte.
A pedicure passou um esfoliante que arranhou toda a parte de cima do meu pé e estou tendo que ficar passando um hidratante pra ver se a pele acalma, meu pé ficou com as marcas dos arranhões sem contar na massagem que mais parecia que estava fazendo qualquer coisa menos uma massagem. Depois que a pedicure terminou ela passou o secante nas unhas da mão e um óleo pra acelerar o processo de secagem; que não adiantou em nada, porque a manicure não se deu ao trabalho.
Enfim, paguei caro pra um serviço e produtos ruins e ainda sair com dores, não recomendo e não volto mais.

I went to the Shopping Tucuruvi unit yesterday 11/11/21, I had a hand and foot appointment, there I had the misfortune to invent a simple foot spa and I regret it infinitely.
The Manicure and Pedicure pulled some “steaks” from my fingers, and in others it left the cuticle showing in addition to not applying foundation before starting to use the nail polish, it just rubbed and didn't straighten the nails; some were bigger than the other and they remain that way, the products are so bad that after more than 20 minutes; that which was still drying while I was waiting to finish the pedicure service, the nail polish hadn't even dried properly, I had to remove it when I got home and I came out of there with my fingers still bleeding mixed with the nail polish.
The pedicure applied an exfoliant that scratched the entire top of my foot and I'm having to keep applying a moisturizer to see if the skin soothes, my foot got the scratch marks not to mention the massage that looked like it was doing something minus a massage. After the pedicure was over, she applied drying on her fingernails and an oil to speed up the drying process; that didn't do any good, because the manicurist didn't bother.
Anyway, I paid dearly for a bad service and products and I still have pain, I don't recommend it and I won't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LUGAR: O salão está sujo, velho, e mal cuidado.
PREÇO: Passei em outro espaço (bem mais limpo e cuidado) que faz esmaltação em gel no mesmo shopping e eles cobram 75 reais. A Maria das Unhas cobra 110 reais. Quando me entregaram a maleta de esmalte com as opções de cores para eu escolher, quase desisti de fazer minhas unhas. Os esmaltes estavam sujos, bagunçados e a variedade de cor era muito baixa. Veja foto! Até minha caixa de esmalte tá mais arrumada que isso. Como eles apresentam isso pra um cliente?
TÉCNICA: Estava com unhas longas e pedi para a manicure diminuir. Ela tentou com uma mini lixa, o que não faz sentido e ia levar muito tempo. Aí eu pedi pra ela usar o cortador de unha, a manicure achou melhor corta-lãs com a lixa elétrica!!! minha unha quebrou toda torta e estranha. Enfim, não gostei da “técnica”. Até hoje minha unha está com as pontas meio tortas.
SERVICO: Depois de um dia hoje minha unha está ficando amarela… Acho que esmalte estava vencido? Não ficaria surpresa.
Se você quer um serviço bom, não acho que esse salão seja uma boa escolha.
PLACE: The salon is dirty, old, and poorly maintained.
PRICE: I went to another space (much cleaner and more careful) that does gel nail polish at the same mall and they charge 75 reais. Maria das Nails charges 110 reais. When they gave me the nail polish bag with the color options to choose from, I almost gave up on getting my nails done. The nail polishes were dirty, messy and the color range was very low. See photo! Even my nail polish box is tidier than that. How do they present this to a customer?
TECHNIQUE: I had long nails and asked the manicurist to shorten them. She tried it with a mini sandpaper, which makes no sense and would take a long time. Then I asked her to use the nail clipper, the manicurist thought it was better to cut wool with the electric file!!! my nail broke all crooked and weird. Anyway, I didn't like the "technique". To this day my nails are a little crooked at the ends.
SERVICE: After a day today my nail is turning yellow… I think the nail polish was expired? I wouldn't be surprised.
If you want good service, I don't think this salon is a good choice.
