★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o R$ fala mais alto do que o atendimento médico. Paguei R$500,00 na consulta, recebi recomendação de exames a realizar e, em função da dificuldade nos agendamentos, a consulta de retorno teve atraso de 5 dias e por isso me cobraram o valor de outra consulta. Claro que não aceitei e abandonei este atendimento. Certamente encontrarei um ser humano melhor para acompanhar o meu caso.
Unfortunately, the R$ speaks louder than medical care. I paid R$500.00 for the consultation, I received a recommendation for tests to be carried out and, due to the difficulty in scheduling, the return consultation was delayed by 5 days and therefore I was charged the value of another consultation. Of course, I did not accept and abandoned this service. I will certainly find a better human being to accompany my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento, estive pensando em ligar e agradecer, estou muito satisfeita, comprei os remédios e ali mesmo na farmácia, solicitei um copo d'água e confiei, o efeito foi quase imediato . A Dra Camila me passou segurança conversando sobre o que estava acontecendo comigo com atenção e carinho.
Porquê o meu estado naquele momento era enlouquecedor.
Esta doença é pouco conhecida, não se fala em dor de cabeça, garganta, ouvidos e dentes ao mesmo tempo. NERVO TRIGÊMEOS INFLAMADO. Busquei na Internet e descobri que pessoas suicidam porquê não suportam a dor.
Meu marido também fez a pesquisa e está chocado. Três dias de dor e resultado emergência no Hospital, só assim com analgésicos intravenoso que resolve. Agora vamos fazer um tratamento com Otorrinolaringologista que gosta da profissão. Um pouco distante para mim, meu marido sempre me acompanha em tudo e não mede esforço.....obrigada a todos.

Now we are going to have a treatment with an Otorhinolaryngologist who likes the profession. A little distant for me, my husband always accompanies me in everything and doesn't measure effort.....thank you all.

Só hoje vou iniciar o tratamento, mas estou muito feliz por ter conhecido essa Pessoa e Profissional tão especial e competente.
Voltarei lá com o resultado da tomografia e faço questão de continuar informando aqui, sobre a minha evolução.
Amei também a fonoaudióloga Yara com quem eu fiz uma audiometria e a Aline, gentil e educada.
