★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de tecer um verdadeiro manancial de elogios ao fisioterapeuta Miguel (responsável pelas aulas de reeducação muscular no EPVM de Botafogo às 3ª feiras - 07:00AM). Tenho hérnia de disco em S1-L5 e graças aos cuidados e conhecimentos desse excelente profissional voltei a ser uma pessoa funcional. Hoje consigo estudar e trabalhar sem o desconforto que carreguei nos últimos meses. Além de ter vasto domínio na ciência fisioterápica, Miguel mostrou ser uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa e acolhedora. Sempre solícito, disposto a tirar dúvidas informando com grande competência o que devemos fazer para que tenhamos melhoras em progressão geométrica. Parabéns para UNIMED-Rio por ter em seu quadro de funcionários esse profissional fantástico!
 I would like to offer a real source of praise to the physiotherapist Miguel (responsible for the muscle re-education classes at EPVM in Botafogo on Tuesdays - 07:00 AM). I have a herniated disc in S1-L5 and thanks to the care and knowledge of this excellent professional I am back to being a functional person. Today I am able to study and work without the discomfort I have carried over the past few months. In addition to having a vast domain in physiotherapy science, Miguel proved to be an extremely caring and welcoming person. Always solicitous, willing to answer questions by informing with great competence what we must do so that we have improvements in geometric progression. Congratulations to UNIMED-Rio for having this fantastic professional on your staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ preciso de realizar uma fisioterapia com urgência, pois estou com muita dificuldade de andar devido a uma osteoartrose, e qual não foi minha surpresa ao tentar agendar no EPVM, e a atendente informou que não tinha vaga (estamos no inicio do mês de agosto!), e só teria agendamento pra setembro. Um absurdo o agendamento de um local da própria unimed demorar esse tempo todo, 1 mês de espera, enquanto nas outras clínicas marcam pro dia seguinte a avaliação / primeiro atendimento. Por ser da própria Unimed, deveria ser o contrário pra nós clientes da Unimed (deveria ser mais rápido q as outras). Ainda mais que tiraram a CREB do seu rol de clínicas conveniadas.
I need to undergo physical therapy urgently, as I am having a hard time walking due to osteoarthrosis, and what was my surprise when I tried to book at EPVM, and the attendant informed that there was no vacancy (we are at the beginning of August!) , and would only have an appointment for September. It is absurd that the scheduling of a Unimed location takes this whole time, 1 month of waiting, while other clinics schedule the evaluation/first appointment for the next day. As it is from Unimed itself, it should be the opposite for us Unimed customers (it should be faster than the others). Even more, they removed CREB from its list of associated clinics.

Estou tentando informar que nesta,4a feira, dia 10 novembro, não irei fazer a minha fisioterapia pós cirurgia cardíaca das 11 às 12hs porque irei fazer uma aplicação de injeção na minha vista esquerda.

Vários emails e várias ligações e nada ainda .
Qdo me atendem por telefone dizem que estão em análise.
Já fui mal tratada por telefone e o email não respondem mais nenhum.

When they answer me on the phone they say they are under review.

Um dia, Ricardo, um atendente veio ao telefone e comentou que a plataforma tinha sido alterada e que eles não conseguiam acessar a agenda para marcar o RPG. Tem dias que eu fico 1hora e 15 minutos a espera na viva voz e nada. Lamentável esse serviço da unimed. Tentei escrever também para o email que na Pinheiro Guimarães me forneceu e nada também. É uma pena!
I've been calling for 16 days at different times and no answer. One day, Ricardo, an attendant came to the phone and commented that the platform had been changed and that they could not access the agenda to schedule the RPG. There are days when I wait 1 hour and 15 minutes on speakerphone and nothing. This service from unimed is unfortunate. I also tried to write to the email that Pinheiro Guimarães gave me and nothing either. It is a pity!
