★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, por ser a primeira vez que levei minha cachorra, não tive uma boa impressão, com horário marcado de banho e tosa pra hoje, chegando até o local, eu e minha esposa tivemos um mal atendimento por uma pessoa que não sei se é funcionario ou se é o proprietário, se for dono, pior ainda, quer um conselho, faça um curso de como atender seu cliente, a pessoa que nos atendeu simplesmente nos informou que não tinha nem um horário marcado se referindo a minha cachorra, quando questionado sobre a conversa pelo whatsapp, provando que houve sim uma conversa e que tínhamos marcado, esse mesmo se fazendo de desentendido, relatou que se lembrava. Resumindo.... Deu pra ver na cara da pessoa que ele não queria fazer o atendimento porque minha cachorrinha talvez por não ser de raça, foi melhor assim, na realidade fiquei feliz pela ocorrido, foi um livramento pelo o que talvez pudesse acontecer com minha cachorra, longe dos meus olhos.

In short ... I could see in the face of the person that he did not want to do the care because my dog maybe because he is not of breed, it was better that way, in fact I was happy for what happened, it was a release for what could possibly happen with my dog, out of my eyes.
